There is a full sized washer and dryer in the unit for your use and convenience. There is a 42" LCD television in the living room with a Blu-Ray DVD and access to Netflix, if you have an account with them. There is a 46" television in the master bedroom and a 31" television in the guest bedroom. Covered parking, a heated pool and ground level storage with beach gear complete the package.
