Coquina Beach Club is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to your arrival. We pay special attention to high touch areas like remotes, light switches and doorknobs, etc... All bedding is professionally laundered and sanitized with fresh clean comforters or duvets. This property has keyless, no-contact check in for your convenience. Coquina Beach Club #101 is a two bedroom, two bath Gulf front condo with a heated pool. This spacious unit has an unobstructed view of the emerald water of the Gulf and you can walk the beach is for miles in either direction. The complex has a large heated pool and undercover parking. There are also chaise lounges available for use on the beach, except for during Turtle Season. The unit has a large open lanai from which to watch the sunsets in the evenings. This lovely unit has been updated and your stay here would be a pleasurable experience you wouldn’t soon forget. Unit #101 sleeps four with a king size bed and two twin beds. It features a washer and dryer. There is a 31” television in the living room with a DVD player, a 21” television in the main bedroom and a 21” television in the guest bedroom. Coquina Beach Club is a one week minimum rental. Parking is limited to two vehicles. No boats, jet-skis or motorcycles (including their respective trailers) are allowed on the premises. . You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
