All bedding is professionally laundered and sanitized with fresh clean comforters or duvets. Coquina Moorings, located at 1407 Gulf Drive South in Bradenton Beach offers the best of all worlds. This unique bay front complex features a beautiful heated pool directly on the bay and a boat dock for boating and fishing enthusiasts. Immediately across the street is the white, sandy beach and the Gulf of Mexico. This spacious unit features two bedrooms, two baths and a den. There is a large screened lanai off the living room and master bedroom with spectacular bay views. An additional smaller lanai off the guest bedroom features wonderful views of the Gulf. This is a great unit to watch both the sunrise AND the sunset! All amenities are provided for your convenience. It sleeps four with a king size bed, a queen size bed. This unit features a 26” television in the living room as well as a 20” television in the master bedroom and a 32” television in the den. This is a very popular Bradenton Beach complex so you’ll want to book early. Coquina Moorings is a one week minimum rental please. . Parking is limited to two vehicles. You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
