It is just minutes from the Westin by boat and by foot to Cape Harbor with all the restaurants, shops, music, and sightseeing one could need, while being highly accessible to Fort Myers and Sanibel and the many gorgeous beaches, both by boat and car!

Boat five minutes from your private backyard dock via the Caloosahatchee River for a day of aquatic adventure. More fun in the sun awaits at home by the private heated pool. In the evenings, create gourmet meals in the outdoor kitchen and unwind in the hot tub. Highlights inside this two-story home include granite accessories, soaring cathedral ceilings, and beautifully detailed arch molding, as well as a gorgeous view of the boats coming in and out of the canal and ocean inlet.

The opulent living area is outfitted with overstuffed seating and a large TV, decorative glassware, and ornate coffee tables, completing the elegant ambience of the space. Stainless steel appliances glimmer next to granite countertops in the well-appointed kitchen. The fully stocked outdoor kitchen includes a gas grill, wet bar, and mini-fridge. Prepare delicious meals and dine alfresco at the table, or more at the patio just off the lanai and pool!

Occupying the entire second floor, you’ll find ultimate comfort and privacy in the main suite, which features canal views, a TV, and a spa-like en suite with a jetted tub. This roomy primary also serves as a yoga spot and “work at home” full desk and chair, for those needing to create an office and privacy from downstairs family that may be vacationing. The three guest bedrooms are located on the ground floor, with a full bathroom on one side of the home and the other bedroom and half bath near the entryway.

After a fun-filled day, take a dip in your private pool, or soak in the hot tub under Florida stars. Stately stone pillars surround the pool and uphold the European influence of the interior. A covered seating area by the canal is furnished with chaise lounges and a cushioned sectional.

Things to Know
The fireplace is non-operational.
The dock is currently not available as it is being repaired from hurricane damage. However, the area is clean and suitable for sunbathing, along with plenty of lounge chairs, etc. Arrangements can be made to house/dock a boat from and into the two nearby marinas. Please contact Vacasa for details.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
