For sleeping arrangements, the first main bedroom is just to the left as you walk through the living room from the front door. This charming room features private access out to the lanai and an en suite bathroom. The remaining three bedrooms are clustered together in one section of the home beyond the kitchen. The first guest bedroom also features private patio access, while the third and fourth guest rooms are connected via a shared bath.

* Please note that seasonal pool heat costs $32/day plus tax. Three-day minimum. Must be notified 72 hours in advance as it can take up to 72 hours to fully heat. Pool heat is only available between October 1st and May 1st.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
