Our family of 5 came down for Spring Break. House was perfectly laid out for the late sleeping teen up on top floor, our younger two in twin room and us in other king room at top of 2nd flight of stairs. Beach and pool access was really close to the unit and also close to the main gate if you want to go out to the main road for a long walk. Grassy area on the corner was great for our dogs to go out as well. There are three flights of stairs in these units so anyone who would struggle with stairs would want to look elsewhere but we thought the layout was awesome for people to spread out when needed. Beach was absolutely beautiful. Flour like to the touch and so white, and the green blue water of the Gulf never disappoints. The bench by the door with all the beach toys was well loved by our youngest, and the beach cart was very helpful too. We had everything we needed in the house to make meals, maybe a few cookie sheets would help with oven items for kids. I’d suggest some tighter fitting sheets on king beds as they slipped off easily, & room darkening shades on lower king bedroom. Sunrise came on strong and early through the sheer white drapes, but absolutely beautiful from the balcony. The back porch was a great morning hangout and nice for dogs to sun themselves while being contained by the gate. Loved going to PSJ for shopping and food, the Buffer Reserve for a birding tour, rented a pontoon boat, and even had a fire on the beach our final night. Weber donut line is LONG and early, but delicious if you don’t mind waiting. If you don’t mind driving we prefer Sweet Bunz in PSJ with a variety of coffee and sweet/savory options to eat as well. Thank you so much again for all the time put in to make this a great unit for a family to enjoy the Cape!!!! We loved every minute. Highly recommend this home.

My family of 7 spent June 15-22 at this townhouse and it is one of my favorite homes we have stayed in. The home was clean, beautifully decorated and the layout was perfect. The townhouse is a very short walk to the beach, pool or courts. Jen is also just as amazing, she answered all of our questions and was so helpful and kind. We will be returning!

We have been coming to the Cape for 26 years and have stayed at various locations, generally all within the Barrier Dunes community. I have to say this condo was the absolute best we have had the opportunity to experience. The entire unit is decorated and furnished flawlessly. We didn’t need for anything the whole week. The unit is situated beautifully for both the beach and either pool. Loved it! Jen is the absolute best person to work with as well. This will be our go to unit at the Cape for years to come.

My husband, Scottish terrier, and I had a wonderful time at Cape San Blas, staying a Breezy by the Beach. Check in and check out was very easy. The location was nicely situated for easy access to the beach, both pools, lakes, and pickleball courts. The unit itself was perfectly clean and organized. Every thing was in good working order. Jen was very easy to work with and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We absolutely loved our time at Emerald Seas! Jen was easy to work with and super accommodating! She answered all of our questions and then some! The house was super clean and so luxurious! The pictures don't even do it justice! It also had the best location! We will be back!

This house is absolutely BEAUTIFUL and the location is PERFECT. It is just steps from the beach, Thomas' Donuts and the Carasoul Grocery. I would highly recommend staying here. It was a pleasure working with Jen and she was very responsive to any questions we had. We had an amazing time and would definitely stay here again!!

Pics DO NOT do it justice. If you can think of it, this house has it. We were 6 adults but there were sleeping areas for many more with all the trundle beds and pull out sofas. Great 2nd den with wet bar and fridge plus cool overlook area on 3rd floor with sleeping for 2. You could easily do 2 families. Bunk room has space doe 4 kids. Loads of balcony areas with comfy chairs. Everything clean and shiny! At least 5 enthusiastic stars. If you are hesitating, don’t! Book it before Jen raises her rates—sensational value and oh so relaxing! Great time had by all!??

This property is only steps from the beach. Breezy by the Beach is a 3-bedroom, 3 1/2-bathroom on the north end of Cape San Blas. This house offers your family everything you need and more for the perfect summer vacation!
Breezy by the Beach is great for families, friends or small groups. It sleeps 6 comfortably and has a twin rollaway bed for an additional guest. There are two primary suites. On the second floor, the primary suite has its own open deck. Aside from its peaceful views, the second-floor primary suite contains a flat screen smart TV, ceiling fan, and adjoining bath. Boasting privacy and comfort all in one! Also on the second floor is a bedroom with a private bath containing two twin beds and flat screen smart TV perfect for children/teenagers. The third level is the entire primary master suite. This spacious master has a smart TV, vaulted ceiling, double vanity, shower, and garden tub. There is also an open deck to enjoy the sunshine!
Upon entry to Breezy by the Beach, is a comfortable and spacious open concept first floor living area that flows directly into the dining room and kitchen. The house features new LVP flooring throughout. The kitchen provides all that you need for preparing a gourmet meal while on vacation. A comfortable dining area includes seating for families, plus additional seats at the breakfast bar. Off the kitchen is a powder bath and laundry room. The kitchen area features new countertops and stove. The living room also has sliding glass doors that open out to beautiful views on the outdoor deck. Come sit and have a glass of wine, enjoy the evening while grilling out on the deck!
This beach-home-away-from-home, can provide you and your family with everything you need! This home is situated in the gated community of Barrier Dunes that has paved roads, 3 stocked fishing ponds, 4 beach accesses, playground, 2 tennis courts with pickleball, gulf front swimming pool, 2nd pool adjacent to tennis courts and a clubhouse. This community has every modern convenience! This family friendly condo has beach chairs, two beach utility carts, umbrellas, beach toys, and kayaks. The beach is steps away, the Cape Trading Post is super close and provides a premium selection of foods, wine, liquor, and gifts. The state park and Eagle Harbor boat ramp are less than 5 minutes from the house.
Breezy by the Beach is situated in a family oriented residential gated community, therefore we do not rent to students or minors. There is no smoking and we allow pets. We only offer Saturday to Saturday rentals during the summer.
