Bay Watchin' Too Bay-Front-Hot Tub, Cape San Blas, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

This precious property is almost beyond description. It is exceptionally clean and impeccably appointed. The floor plan lends itself to hospitality and it has a dock for bay access. Outside there is a great deck for outdoor entertainment. The hot tub was a hit with the grands but I loved the claw footed tub for relaxation. We have rented numerous VRBOs and this one is in the top two!

We had the opportunity to take a long weekend trip to the Cape. I started searching for houses and so glad I came across this one. Tylor was great to work with and very accommodating. The location is perfect. The house has everything you could ever need. Very clean and well maintained. The sunrise over the bay is breathtaking. ??. Have already recommended to friends and can't wait to come back ourselves.

Probably the best rental we have had at CSB! Best sunrise on the Cape, walking distance to Trading Post and Skullys (best seafood in FL!). The boat dock was convenient for our bay boat. The house was very clean, yard was nice for the dog, and we are going to get a Ninja blender....very well stocked kitchen! Everythng was better than expected!

This rental has it all! Great views! Kitchen fully stocked! And smelt very nice when we arrived. Coffee from the gift bag was great! Property management is very attentive and great communication! It was our first time visiting and we will be back again!

We had unfavorable on water conditions for our week but were happy to stay on the property because it's so wonderful. We sat for hours each day and night- on back deck and I laid on my back on the dock one evening- to star and satellite gaze. The house is better than the photos and the kitchen is inspiring. The outdoor shower was perfect. Tyler's communication and rules were easy to follow. I hope to rent again in the future!

We loved our stay at Bay Watchin Too. The other reviewers aren’t kidding, this is the most well-stocked kitchen of any vacation rental I’ve ever experienced. The knives were all sharp! There were even salsa bowls, champagne coupes, a shrimp deveined, and an air fryer. The place was clean and comfortable, beds were cozy, and the coastal decor felt beachy and interesting without being cliche. The beach is a 10 minute walk away and skullys low country boil is right next door. Sunrise on the deck was beautiful. And the outdoor shower is a fun addition. Tylor was great to work with and gave us an early check in when we asked. I’d come back here with my family or a group of friends.

What a great vacation!!! Bay watching too is comfotable and fully equipped with everything you need and more. Vip vacations (Tylor) was wonderful to book with. (Thank you for the welcome gift) He answered all my questions promptly and thoroughly. I'm so glad I choose to book his rental. It was 100% better than last years rental. We did have a lot of rain the first couple days we were there and I think that brought the snakes out so just be aware of your surroundings. Thanks VIP vacations !! Hopefully we will see you again next year.

This home was great for our family scalloping trip. The pier makes it easy to just jump on your boat and go. The house is well stocked with a full kitchen. Tyler is very personable and was a pleasure to work with. Definitely would recommend Bay Watching Too!

My husband and I have been coming to Cape San Blas for 15 years with family. This was our first time by ourselves as empty nesters and BAY WATCHIN TOO was Awesome!!! Loved the decor. It was super clean, had a perfectly stocked Kitchen and beautiful bay views. VIP Vacation Properties went out of their way to make our stay great. Loved the VIP gift bag, bottle of wine and chocolates. Tyler is awesome to work with. We will be back next year.

Throughly enjoyed our stay! House was very nice, clean, and had everything we needed. We loved the decor, the location was great, and plenty of space. VIP Vacation Properties did a great job getting the house ready, making check-in and check-out easy, answering our questions promptly, and ensuring we were enjoying our stay. This was our 6th time visiting CSB, staying in different houses each time, and Bay Watchin Too is one of our favorites! We will definitely rent with VIP Vacation properties again!

This house was perfect for a girls trip! Beautifully decorated and every detail and touch thought out. Kitchen was fully stocked and then some. We needed nothing! Sunrise and coffee on the deck is an must! Super clean and the location is close to everything. Tylor was very accommodating. Can’t wait to rebook!

I can’t say enough about this charming beach house. The decor was beautiful with very unique pieces. Kitchen fully stocked, which is great to know prior to arriving. You do not need to bring anything from home. Beautiful sunrises on the bay and a short walk to the gulf. The owner thought of everything for a truly VIP experience.

This Bay House is the perfect getaway! It was beautifully decorated, quiet, super clean, peaceful, and very comfortable. Owners thought of everything you could want or need and the location was great — an easy walk to the beach right across the street! Perfect for a girls getaway and we can’t wait to vacation here again!! Would highly recommend.

We had a great stay in an awesome place. This is the best vacation rental I have ever stayed in. The kitchen has everything you need to make great meals. The decor is beach’s shabby chic. It has adequate living room and kitchen space to be comfortable. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. It was VERY clean. The view of the bay is amazing. It was nice to walk out on the pier and just chill. We brought our kayaks and were able to launch them from the pier. It was really convenient. I loved sitting in the porch, drinking coffee and observing g the wildlife on the bay. It is convenient to the trading post, scallop cove, and the beach. You can either walk to the beach or drive to cape palms to access the beach. It’s an easy walk to Scully’s for some low country boil. Over-all it is was a great week, and I highly recommend this rental.

Our family of 6 rented this property to extend our vacation a few more days past our planned stay. The place was very clean and beautifully decorated. The host was very easy to work with and accommodated our needs and checked in with us to see if we needed anything. He made the check in very easy. If you are thinking of renting this property, keep reading and get all the details from experienced renters who have rented over six West Florida homes in the last year. We are also quite choosy and value minded. If you are interested in the details on why this rental is set apart from the rest then keep reading ‘till the end. LOCATION- The forgotten coast is a true gem. The house itself has a beautiful and advantageous placement on the cape. Your main view is the peaceful and picturesque bay of Port Saint Joe. The sunrise, natural bird songs and panoramic views are ever-changing and always a pleasure to experience on the daily. Even the view from the driveway is entertaining when watching the Egrets and Cranes fish for their meals in the well landscaped fresh water ponds that spread across the entryway to the home. The short ride to some of the best beaches are convenient. There is also a great wildlife park located a few miles up the road that spans great dunes and terminates at the tip of the cape with great beaches and viewpoints. THE HOME- The home has a great energy. The decorations highlight the ambiance of the cozy home. I would call the feel… beachy-rustic-chic. There is an excellent balance of masculine and feminine décor that creates a great energy and vacation vibe. Each item in the home has form, function and beauty. There are neighbors but you feel alone as your view is completely unintereupted. The area is quiet and secluded compared to most of floridas coastal areas. It is increasingly rare to rent in Florida where peaceful and powerful costal nature dominate the landscape. The beds are soft and comfortable with great linens. The bathrooms are updated, clean and beautiful. Most everything in the homes is new and clean. The climate control is on point and easily adjusted. The King size beds are a great choice and even with big beds the rooms feel spacious and not cramped. *The rest of the review on part 2

The appliances are all new and clean, fulfilling all our needs. We were pleased to find a fully stocked kitchen right down to the tiny important things you didn't think you needed. Even the utensils and cookware are top quality and healthy minded. We did not use the TVs much but they are new, smart, huge and quality. The rooms feel spacious and clean with great views from the main rooms. The morning light entering the home bring to life each day’s adventures. Often, a coffee and accompanying view from the deck are a highlight of each day. The yard and dock access are one of the coolest parts of the properties exterior/surroundings. Each walk on the dock presents new wildlife and opportunities for spotting fish as well as catching dinner. There are rental companies for bikes, kayaks and SUPs just up the road. Kayak fishing in the bay was my favorite outside activity this trip, catching red drum and sea trout within shouting distance from the dock. AMENITIES- There are restaurants, bars, bait & tackle shops and some general stores located with a mile or less. A full grocery with organic foods is in Pt. Saint Joe about 20-25 minutes away. BEACHES- The beaches are excellent and have a private beach vibe with little to no crowds. The sand is white, soft and fun for all. As mentioned, all the beaches of interest are close with public access and parking. SPECIAL THANKS to TYLER- Tyler (The owner of VIP) was kind, thoughtful, accommodating and talented.
