The location of our home, 'Serenity Sunrise', provides the tranquility of a private residence vs the crowds and condo community atmosphere while at the same time provides easy access to 'Salt Life' at its finest.
Serenity Sunrise is well-appointed with upper end furnishings, appliances and well stocked cookware, silverware, etc making any meal preparation a breeze. There are multiple areas to unwind after a day of beaching whether it is in the swim spa area, open sun deck overlooking the park or the front screened in porch with a view of the bay in the distance. In addition, the bay view screened in porch is the perfect setting for enjoying a morning cup of your favorite coffee while viewing the sun rise over the bay.
'Serenity Sunrise' was built in 2015 in a quiet residential community and as of fall of 2020; renovated the interior along with total furnishings upgrade. Thus, it has great bones, with 4 bedrooms and 4 private baths, high ceilings, high quality materials and systems as well as detail in the finishes, fixtures, appliances and furnishings. Our goal is that with it's quality and charm, 'Serenity Sunrise'; like with previous guests, will put you in a mind set of "home away from home".
'Serenity Sunrise' is an elevated house on piers with the bedrooms and living area space located above the garage and swim spa area. All of the bedrooms have king beds and private walk-in showers with the 4th bedroom containing a bunk bed (sleeping 3) and bath with tub for the little ones. Five LED televisions are located within the living room area and bedrooms. The kitchen has full size appliances with an adjacent washer and dryer area. A kitchen bar also provides seating with bar stools backing up to the dining table area. The front screened in porch is a large space with outdoor furniture for casual seating and eating. The rear open deck is smaller and has a few seating options along with standing while viewing the state park and bay. The stairs off of the back deck lead down to the screened in swim spa area, outside shower and access to the outdoor grill. Game room area has a foosball table and ping pong table.
Private access to Serenity Dunes beach is west of the house approximately 3 football fields or a 6 minute easy walk along a paved street. For guests that prefer an option other than walking, there are golf cart rentals available on the Cape that can be arranged in advance of your arrival. And/or there is sufficient cart or auto parking at the private beach boardwalk access area. The north end of Cape San Blas has beautiful but higher than most sand dunes which require stairs going up and over down to the beach. In addition to our private beach access, is a three block drive to the state park for access via daily or annual pass to the beach, boat launch and kayak rental. Also via bike path or car, there is public access to the beach with parking and restrooms approximately 8 minute travel time or 15 minutes to the south end of the Cape where Salinas Park Bayside is located. Many of our guests like to drive out past the south end of the Cape to Indian Pass for some beach time or dine at the Indian Pass Raw Bar out on 30A.
In addition to activities at the beach and pool there is over 10 miles of paved bike path, multiple areas for kayak access to the bay and/or rentals, bay boat rental, Salinas Park with bay boardwalk, volleyball and pickleball court. Within a short bike ride of the house is a fish market, ice cream stand, pizza, convenience store and plenty of fishing guides to book a bay or gulf trip.
