Wonderful experience only issue on island, not too many restaurants and they all close at 9 pm, so plan on cooking!

Had a wonderful stay at Beach Blast. Right on the water great view of the gulf and sunsets. Condo had everything we needed and was perfect for all our needs. Would recommend this place to anybody coming to the Cape

Loved our two weeks at Beach Blast. The property was better than advertised. We've vacationed all over the panhandle over the last five years, but this was our favorite location. We would love to book again.

This condo is 1 of 4 at this location and the best one I might add. The views from inside are just amazing, you can see the gulf and beach from literally every room in the condo except for the bathrooms. You have to see the sunsets for yourself as words fail to describe how beautiful they are and you can take them in from the deck if you want, or you can walk 20 steps to the white sandy beaches of the Cape. This condo had to go thru some major renovations due to Hurricane Michael in 2018. But the results of those renovations were amazing. The local trading post is within walking distance and the ice cream stand there is a must. We visited Cone Heads and the Sand Bucket on the Cape and they were both really good. The owners were just great to deal with as well, prompt communication, great directions and information on the area. We will be back, soon I hope!!! I would recommend this property to anyone looking to have a great relaxing vacation on one of the most beautiful beaches in the U.S.

Lots is steps but well worth the climb. House was clean and kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, cookie sheets, dishes and all utensils beds very comfortable. Roomy. Only real complaint is shower not hot enough for me but even that would not keep us from renting again. Owner text to check on us and was easy to reach when needed. Our most favorite rental so far.

This was a very relaxing and peaceful experience. No hustle and bustle of large crowds are found here! If you want to relax, this is the place.

I would say cape san blas is my new home away from home. We really enjoyed our stay. And will definitely be back. Nice and well maintained condo,

We stayed for a week with 4 adults and 2 kids, plus our dog. We all had a great time! Wonderful early morning morning swim and walk excursions, saw dolphins every single day! Everything is very clean and kitchen well equipped! Make sure to bring basic groceries for the first few meals. Trading Post ( 2 min away) has almost everything though, if you need more.. great seafood place close by! I can see us coming back in future, because we like it quiet and natural!

Where to start!? We chose this home based off of the reviews that we read about it. They are all accurate to the property. You really can see the ocean from every window including all of the bedrooms. It is open airy and spacious if you plan on being inside much, we were not. The beach is literally steps away and it is breathtaking. We enjoyed coffee on the deck every morning and on several of those we were able to watch the dolphins. Be advised there are stairs but as the owner said, there are 6-7 and then a landing you can rest on. We took our mothers with us, 80 and 72 years old, they made the trip up and down at least twice a day but both said every step was worth it. =) The home has several beach chairs, some floaties and a few toys. The private outside shower and water hose was great to rinse off before going in. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with anything you might need. We did not sit still much at all. We loved Port St. Joe and did some shopping one day down Reid street. Places we had dinner, Indian Pass Raw Bar Uptown, great steam pots and try the smoked fish dip. Breakfast at Sand Dollar Cafe, I loved it rest of my family thought it was ok. Mexican at Peppers, yum! Best fried seafood for the money, really it was so good by far, Dodaddy's. Five of us ate for $65 and two had all you can eat Grouper Fingers.Sunset Grill beautiful place, good food, more expensive but great service and nice for a special evening. The Sand Bucket BBQ on the Cape. There was snorkeling in the bay, we stopped at Blue Reef Outriggers and bought our mask and snorkels but you can rent those and flippers at the store at the State Park. Even if you don't snorkel go see the park, it's beautiful. Pack your water shoes for the bay lots of pokey stuff including sting rays. =) We also booked a fishing trip with Shallow Seas, Capt. Lee was awesome. We caught all kinds of fish but was able to take home our red fish and flounder that he cleaned for us to have for lunch. Don't miss out on the donut shop at the Trading Post, down the road, left out of the driveway. The store has tons of essentials you might need without having to go all the way to town. The Cape was awesome and it will be where we return again and again. Kelly, was super great to work with and replied to questions quickly and gave us great information that helped us to have an awesome trip. There were no surprises other than the amazing view and sunsets.

Gary and Kelly were great and super responsive to questions that we had. The kitchen was very well stocked with cooking equipment (we love to cook, so this was a plus for us). The views were amazing and we got some really good pictures. We will definitely stay here the next time we visit the cape.
Description
Gulf Front Beauty w/Million Dollar Views! Steps to the ocean!
This three bedroom, two bath home has been completely rebuilt in 2019 with new flooring, vaulted tongue and groove ceilings, luxurious linens, new bedding, carpet, baths, and furnishings. For additional information contact me at capesanblasrentals@hotmail.com.
The sun sets directly over the ocean right in front of this unit for the most spectacular sunsets you have ever seen! Every room in this home has an unobstructed view of the ocean as well as the sound of the waves on the beach. You can literally sit on your deck relaxing while watching the kids play in the sand and surf. We just toss over the deck railing drinks and food whenever they are hungry. It cannot get any better than that.
The master bedroom has a King-size bed and private bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed while the third bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed. There is another (extremely comfy) futon in the living room giving you ample sleeping space. The kitchen comes fully-equipped and has granite counter tops and slate appliances. Washer and dryer are also included in the home for your convenience.
This beach is incredible. Voted #1 beach in all of America (Port St. Joe State Park) three years in a row. White sand beaches, blue/green ocean, dolphins playing daily, loggerhead turtles, amazing fishing, and the infamous St. Joesph's State Park (where my kids find sand dollars the size of dinner plates). On the opposite side of this home is the bay. It has crystal clear water which you can wade in and see sting ray, sand dollars, fish, crabs, scallops, and all other kinds of sea life.
With all this being said I have saved the best for last. You can still ride horses on the beach, and have bonfires! We have fished right in front of this home, caught dinner, and then cooked it on the beach. This is definitely Old Florida, no crowds, beautiful sand and water, as well as complete relaxation. You are going to love it!
