We are only taking Saturday to Saturday bookings with a 7 day minimum for months March through October. For months November through Feb we will do 3 day minimums. 50% is due upon booking and remaining balance is due 30 days before your stay. Pool can be heated for an additional $200 for the week.

We had a great vacation! The house was comfortable. The views were better than I expected. The beach was just a short walk away. We bring our own beach wagon but it was nice to have an extra one to use. Also nice that there were a couple of umbrellas that we could use as two of our tents were broken in a crazy sudden wind storm on the beach. We’ve always stayed further north on the cape but we really enjoyed the location of this house. The Trading Post, the ice cream shop, the seafood market, and Weber’s donuts are just a short stroll away. We had a wonderful week with our family!
