The beautifully decorated area features a 50-inch smart tv, cozy, comfortable furniture, a queen-sized sleeper sofa, and large windows letting in tons of natural light. The kitchen features a large breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, farmhouse sink, and is fully stocked with many extras. On the first floor, there are 2 spacious bedrooms with queen beds, smart TVs, and a private screened-in balcony with peaceful and natural views. It is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or wind down with a cool beverage. The luxurious bathroom features a custom shower.

Traveling upstairs you will find the entire second level dedicated to the ultimate master suite! This home comes with everything you need! All bed and bath linens are supplied as well as all cookware/dinnerware/glassware in the kitchen. We also provide an initial supply of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap, bath soap, laundry detergent, fabric softener, and dishwasher detergent.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  We strongly encourage our guests to purchase optional travel insurance to protect their vacation investment.  All reservations include an administrative fee of $35 (plus taxes) upon booking which is non-refundable in the event of reservation cancellation. 
*All payments processed are subject to a 3.25% credit card processing fee!*

Reservations canceled at least 60 days before the check-in date will receive a 100% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled between 30 to 60 days before the check-in date will receive a 50% refund, minus cancellation fees.  Reservations canceled less than 30 days before the check-in date will result in forfeiture of the full advance rental payments and any other payments.

The minimum age limit to rent this home is 25 years old.

A SIGNED RENTAL AGREEMENT IS REQUIRED UPON BOOKING.
