The BelleVue is a Gulf Front 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome located in the Seacliffs Community on beautiful Cape San Blas, FL. Seacliffs is a family friendly, gated community located at the north end of the Cape near the St. Joseph’s Peninsula State Park. There is a community pool, small playground and a private walkway over the dunes to the amazing white sand beaches and inviting waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

BelleVue has been fully renovated inside and out with new paint, flooring, cabinets, new appliances, quartz countertops, new furniture (including new beds) and decor. Each floor has a large deck overlooking the Gulf. Each bedroom has a Roku TV with guest mode so you can stream your favorite shows.

The main floor has a half bath, well stocked kitchen and bright open living room that leads out to the large wooden deck. The living room has a 50 inch Smart TV and sleeper sofa.

On the 2nd floor, there are two bedrooms with a jack and jill bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo, double vanity and a stacked laundry unit. The oceanfront room features a king sized bed and a private balcony. The bay side bedroom has a full over full bunk bed and a large bay window with peeks of the bay.

The 3rd floor features a king sized bed, en suite bathroom with large shower and walk in closet. Relax on the private balcony with expansive ocean views.

A beach cart and beach chairs are available for use during your stay. There is a new gas grill on the lower level. Beach campfires are permitted!

The BelleVue has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing beach vacation.

Beautiful home, stunning views and an amazing location. We could not ask for more! The owners were super responsive to any questions we had. Not pictured in the listing photos is a nice 4 top table in the kitchen. We had a great vacation and enjoyed ringing in the new year in this gorgeous home. Will definitely stay here again!!

The pictures do not do it justice! the furnishings are beautiful, everything was clean, and the owners were easy and fast to respond. You can't beat the beachfront location. The kitchen had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

Recently remodeled 3 level townhome with lovely beach view balconies on each floor in gated complex. Community pool (we didn’t use but it was never crowded). Kitchen was fully stocked with pots/dishes/appliances for a large crowd - something you don’t always find in rentals. Parking for 2-3 cars. TV’s in each bedroom. The half bath on the 1st floor is a God send. The true master is on the 3rd floor so keep that in mind (there are additional stairs from parking so this is not an easily maneuvered place if you have mobility issues). Plenty of beach chairs & a wagon so you don’t have to pack your own. Outdoor shower at pool. Beach is easily accessible with a community boardwalk. It was fairly crowded but we were there over a holiday. We were under red and yellow flags entire week w/no lifeguards but Elsa was crossing FL. Campfires are allowed at night. Nearest Piggly Wiggly grocery is in Port St. Joe so bring your staples for first night or stop on way. Couple of smaller general stores have limited stock and long lines for donuts/ice cream. State park is very nearby. There are paddle board/kayak/usual ocean toy rentals available on the Cape but it’s not an area of typical commercial development so it’s great for a relaxing & simpler vacay. We brought our favorite games for nighttime entertainment. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our trip and this pretty townhome was spacious with all the updated conveniences. Being able to spread out was especially important to us right now. We do recommend adding curtains to the 2nd floor king bedroom for both privacy and light blocking. Assume this just hadn’t happened yet after the renovation. Communication with the owners was quick, helpful and pleasant - that is always much appreciated.
