We had an amazing stay at this beach house! The location was perfect, offering a serene atmosphere for both relaxation and family fun. The well-stocked kitchen made meal preparation a breeze, and the three king bed suites provided luxurious comfort. The thoughtful addition of a children's suite made this rental exceptionally family-friendly. Our time here was truly memorable, and we highly recommend this fantastic beach house.

Perfect home for our family to rest, relax and enjoy the Cape! We all had space to stretch out but also the perfect spaces to gather and be together for meals, game night and just enjoying time together. We will def return and pray this home will be avail … it’s great! Thank you to the VIP team for making us feel welcome and checking in on our stay.

We have been to Cape San Blas in the past but have stayed elsewhere. This house was just absolutely beautiful and decorated in a beachy but family friendly comfortable way. We had a multi generational group and everyone was thrilled with our accommodations. The cars were protected and it was only a couple steps up into the main house. The kitchen and laundry room had everything we would want or need and was very well organized. We had awesome beach views from the balconies and enjoyed many early morning coffees and late day cocktails overlooking the ocean and beach. The towels were thick and soft and the beds were comfortable. It was a short walk over the dune to the beach. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor shower after a day at the beach. The swim spa was lovely and relaxing. We had lunch and played cards in the screened porch. Thank you for such wonderful hospitality!

Everything about this home is perfection. It has amazing views and everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation is provided. Can’t wait to go back!

We’ve been coming to the Cape over the past 14 years for the slower pace that creates a chance for couples, Grandparents, children of all ages, in-laws, and grandchildren to connect, laugh, and eat! We just recently returned from a week at “Memories by the Sea” and oh what a wonderful week. “Memories by the Sea” is truly one of a kind on the North Cape. The architecture and decorating create a quintessential beach vacation home that feels like a warm hug. Her ambiance embodies the entire romance and relaxation of the Cape experience. Far removed from the modern and hectic pace of life at home we often commented that we felt like we were in a romantic "Hallmark" beach movie. One thing we have learned is that when the entire family is together it is good to have separate spaces so everyone can enjoy their own thing. This home creates cozy spaces through comfortable size rooms and large separate decks providing space to sunbath, read a book, paint landscapes, play cards, watch the waves, and view spectacular sunsets. Nestled close to the dunes under endless stars and within earshot of the waves the swim spa was one of our favorite hangouts. Now to the functional stuff…the mattresses were all very comfortable pillow tops, not too soft, not too hard, and not too hot. If you’ve vacationed on a rock hard mattress before you’ll understand how important this comment is. The laundry room was even organized with bins and labels to find all sorts of handy things you didn’t bring. The kitchen was well stocked with all the pots, pans, utensils, and containers we needed including plastic wine glasses…did I mention the swim spa. Lol. We could gush on for hours about how nice the home is…and we did. At the end of the trip what we can say is book it now! “Memories by the Sea” will be a special experience whether you're a first time or long time "Caper".

Just returned from 9 hour drive home. Exhausted, but I feel I must leave a review before I can allow my head to hit the pillow as our stay was a one of a kind. You open the door and it felt like you walked into a movie scene. Everything was just so exquisite. Attention to detail abounded. It had unique appeal to both the men and women in our party. It took about 2 seconds to feel at home. The hot tub called my name every morning. We went for a sunset ocean view and we giggled that it was 30 seconds to a dazzling orange sky. I hate to pump it up too much for fear of not getting even a sniff to rebook as word will undoubtedly get out. But, leaving an accurate review of our incredible stay is the only way I know how to say THANK YOU! It is in the best community on the cape. It has the best location. And it is THE BEST ocean front property. The screened in balconies were probably my favorites. The one on the first floor was where we ate our breakfast and dinner and most lunches with sea breezes and the soothing lapping of the ocean. Heavenly. Can't wait to return!

This is a beautiful home and well taken care of. It has EVERYTHING you need including gorgeous views of the beach. You can literally walk back and forth from the beach to the house all throughout the day as needed. The swim spa is great and so is the neighborhood pool across the street. We loved everything about our stay and will definitely return!

Once you walk through the door you can feel your stress level going down. This house is breathtaking. You can sit on the deck with your coffee and forget the world around you. The view of the ocean sunset can’t be beat. First time we visited was after my father died. We took my mother for a much needed rest. She was so happy she would get up early and sit on the deck outside the dining room and read. It was truly a memory by the sea. My second visit was even better. The house is decorated so exquisitely. I hope to come back again in the near future.

The perfect blend of Old Florida sophisticated charm and beauty. The Cape and this house are like nothing you have ever seen, a true treasure for family and fun. How fitting that it’s called Memories by the Sea, I can’t imagine anywhere better to make new ones to treasure for years to come. Honestly I hope no one else finds out about it so we can keep coming back. So, my favorite memory … my infant daughter lying beside me in bed, and when the porch doors opened, watching her hear the ocean for the first time. The smile on her little face was a sight to always remind me of simple joys. We will continue to come to Memories of the Sea year after year.
