A set of sliding glass doors on one end of the room presents panoramic views of the glittering gulf. The doors lead onto a columned balcony furnished with an outdoor table and chairs—the perfect spot to watch the waves while enjoying a refreshing cocktail. A light gray couch and patterned armchair make up a cozy seating ensemble in the living room with an oval coffee table and a layered rug. A flatscreen TV is mounted above a white cabinet and provided for guest entertainment. Colorful, tropical-inspired artwork and décor adorn the walls. Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Ariel Dunes I is typically heated for the week of Thanksgiving and again from Christmas to Easter. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.
