Awesome family trip with 5 families and 5 littles ones. Beach and pool was very close walk from condo. Pictures in description were accurate. It had everything we needed. Perfect spot for sure. Went during Father’s Day week and weather was great. Property manager was awesome and responded to all questions I had before, during, and after the trip.

Pictures were accurate - condo was as explained. Pool and beach were close and all amenities were good. Family had a great time during spring break but unfortunately everything was super crowded with people - very busy.

Took immediate family to the beach for thanksgiving holiday week. Location is amazing. Dog friendly which made our trip possible. Quick walk to the beach and walking distance to several restaurants. Most restaurants also dog friendly!!

This property was perfect in every way. We had 4 adults and 9 kids that loved it. It was clean, well maintained and a perfect location. Karl was great on the beach as well. Would definitely stay here again if available.

Nice cozy place with all the basic amenities. Close to the beach and easy access to local attractions: parasailing, restaurants, bikes, etc. Having a hose in the front yard would be helpful and the beach was a little crowded but overall a great location for the price.

This place is WONDERFUL!! Very clean, spacious rooms. And such a short walk to the beach. Everything from booking, to check in/out was fantastic. Called for sheets for the pull out bed, and I believe they were there within the hour!! Will definitely check into booking again.

The property was just what we needed. Plenty of space for all of our family. The third floor suite was perfect for myself, husband and kids. It gave me a quiet place to put our toddler down for a nap.

We traveled with another family to spend a week in Destin. The property was just steps from the beach and the three levels were great for two families and children. The property had everything we needed! Parking two vehicles was a challenge as all units were rented. We would consider renting again!!

This property is right across the street from the beach. It's really cute on the inside. Everything we needed was there. Plenty of room to spread out with three separate levels, and we were able to park our car in the garage for the week out of the sun. The house is near several restaurants that you can walk to, and because the beach is so close we were able to walk home for lunch. The neighborhood has a quaint pool, and it is a small neighborhood so it is not a big giant resort feel - you feel like you have a private little home away from the hustle and bustle of the touristy areas. But we were close to touristy areas so we could enjoy the Harbor, snorkeling, shopping, and many other activities. Great experience, nice place, and I highly recommend it.
