Spent a week here with my wife, two kids and my mother. House was prefect, with everyone getting their own space. Walk to the beach, which doesn't get crowded since it's reserved for community residents and guests. Complex has a nice pool for days when you don't want to deal with sand or waves. Kathy was super responsive and accommodating. A perfect host. Instructions for arrival and departure were clear and easy to follow. My only suggestion would be to bring your own chefs knife and cutting board if you are a knife snob like me. Trying to trim bacon with a serrated knife on a bumpy glass cutting board was no fun. Winn Dixie just past Pompano Joes is a great grocery store with attached liquor store. Doesn't come up on Google search, but a much better option than fighting across Hwy 98 to get to Publix or Whole Foods. Thank you, Kathy! Looking forward to coming back next year.

It was clean, homey, spacious, beautifully decorated. We loved the area and Mirimar beach access. The pool area was lovely. Management was very accommodating to work with. We will likely return.

Had a great time staying at Sea-La-Vie. Well-appointed, tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. Nice linens, good kitchen tools and appliances. Fit our 2 families with 4 children comfortably. Would definitely return. Grounds are so nice - and very quiet/serene. The beach and water is beautiful - it's the closest to the caribbean I've seen in the continental US. Kathy was very helpful answering questions and was nice enough to see us at check-in. Definitely recommend.

CUTE, COMFORTABLE & ROOMY Our 3 bedroom/ 3 bath cottage has a King bed in the upstairs master, a queen bed in the downstairs guest bedroom and two bunks w/ full beds on the bottoms and twins on the top. We also have a queen sleeper sofa for additional guest. We have plenty of storage space so you won't feel cramped...we regularly visit our cottage, so we want it to be nice for ourselves too.

FULL KITCHEN equipped with all you need for at home dining...including a blender for smoothies or other icy treats. So plan to cook up your daily catch or pick up some fresh seafood at the market. The grocery store is minutes away.
WASHER & DRYER in the unit, save your coins for the wishing well!
WALKING TRAIL just in front of our gated community. You can't help but to WANT to go for long walks on the lovely palm tree-lined path.
VALUE: While we're not beachfront, our cottage is the next best thing because we are just a 3 minute walk to the beach, and we are in a superb beach community and offer extra perks while saving you $1000 or more what the beachfronts would charge.
This is the ideal place to pile on great beach memories!
Besides the fantastic beach at Miramar Beach (we provide beach service set up in season!)...
Enjoy water sports such as taking surf lessons or paddle boarding at on of the many beach service companies. The guys there are super friendly! Plan a day for deep sea fishing, golf or head to Bass Pro Shop - it's like Christmas for the outdoorsman.
Go shopping at the Shoppes at Paradise Key and Destin Commons, which are about 2 mile away from the community. Silver Sands Outlet shopping is a short drive away.
Go to popular eating spots such as The Crab Trap, Beach Walk Cafe, and Camille's Sidewalk Cafe.
Of course we can not forget to mention Golf! Dont forget our wonderful Golf courses! There are (10) Championship golf courses within a few miles of this location. Each offers its own character and challenges. All are public courses with full service facilities with a restaurant, practice range, rental clubs, professional lessons and pro shop stocked to meet your needs. Destin, Florida is known as the ”World’s Luckiest Fishing Village,” & boasts of being home to the largest fishing vessel fleet in the state of Florida. Fish from the beach or boat. If you do not want to bring your boat, one of Destin’s many charter boats would love the opportunity to take you out for full or half day excursions. Water surrounds Destin with the intercoastal waterway to the north and Gulf on the south, creating an abundance of water sports available, including kayaking, wave running, parasailing, kite surfing, snorkeling and so much more! Destin has it all.
