The only reason I gave 4 stars on the cleanliness of the property instead of 5 was the fact that my son's bunk bed had some sand in the sheets. I figured this might be somewhat unavoidable. This was our second time here at this same condo and we will definitely be going back!!

We had a great time on our family vacation. We come to the Destin area every year and this has been one of our favorite places we have stayed at. Location to the beach is great, and the condo was awesome. Very clean very nice and a wonderful place to stay. My family had a blast and we will be back to stay at this location.

Property is just as described and shows in the pictures. Our pups loved it and girls too. Perfect location with quick access to the beach. Fun to people watch from the patio and enjoyed taking the dogs for multiple walks a day! First time staying with pets which was interesting, but it wasn’t a problem in the area. Many people had pets and it was fun visiting with all the neighbors.

Beautiful and clean condo. Comfortable beds, lots of towels, and well-stocked kitchen. Kids loved the bunk beds with TVs. The ocean view is gorgeous!! Close to the beach with a large heated pool. Great restaurants within walking distance. Owners give lots of information and are quick to respond to questions. We had a wonderful vacation and hated to leave.

Renee and Laura were a pleasure to work with. Extremely nice condo and exactly as advertised. Well equipped and fully stocked. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job cleaning before our arrival. Even though we brought some of our own disinfectants we found no reason to use them. This ground floor unit is ideal for a family with a pet. The beach is a short and easy walk. The included beach service was a definite plus. The only thing that needed improvement was the internet and cable service. It was constantly dropping the connection. However this may have been due to utility damage from Hurricane Sally a couple of weeks before our arrival. Would we stay here again? Absolutely, and would not hesitate to recommend this unit to family and friends.

Our family really enjoyed this condo. Loved the decor and the proximity to the beach was excellent. Fun to watch the people walking along the sidewalks and it is close enough to walk to several restaurants and coffee shops. We would definitely rent this first floor condo again. We had the best week at this perfect little condo. My son couldn’t get enough of the top bunk, and we really appreciated the individual TVs for sleeping in. The condo met all of our needs, and the owners were excellent communicators. Would rent again in a heartbeat!

I have stayed in this condo on two separate dates. The furnishings are new and beautifully designed. The first floor location allows direct access to the beach entrance. There is grass off patio area for children. This condo is pet friendly and has a convenient pet walking trail. The pool, oh the pool, it is beautiful with hot tub. This condo provides s wonderful vacation experience.

My family and I had an amazing trip while staying at the Majestic Sun. Being right on the beach was a huge plus when hauling our things to the beach. The room was fantastic, great views of the ocean. The bedrooms were right across the hall from each other which was ideal for our 3 y/o son. There were plenty of fun things to do close by. The pools and property were well kept and amazing. We will definitely be going back!
