We came down for Spring Break & thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean, spacious and accommodated our group perfectly. Kitchen was well equipped and the decor was nicely done throughout. We liked the fact we could walk right across the street to the beach and use the provided umbrella & chairs. Very nice touch! We also took advantage of pool & hot tub. My grandsons especially enjoyed that! We will come back to this unit for sure.😊 Thanks, Laura!

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo. Beach Retreat is a perfect location and our back door was just steps away from the private beach gate. The pool was really nice and never crowded. The inside of the condo it beautiful and very clean. We had everything we needed to cook all of our meals. We walked to get coffee each morning and only used our car to drive for groceries and to visit The Gulfarium. I highly recommend this home for a small family with one or two kids. They will love the private bunk room and bathroom like my daughter did! We will definitely be back!

We had an amazing time at our condo. It was easy to find, in walking distance to food, coffee, groceries and right across from the ocean! The condo was very clean, all the appliances worked well and it was quiet; occasionally I could hear the people above us. The street in between the condo and the beach was fairly busy, but traffic was slow and stopped to let us cross. The sand on the beach was so soft and the chairs were set up each morning. We didn’t find many shells or any crabs at night, which was fine. We brought our dog and saw many others with their dogs too. It’s a very friendly place. We can’t wait to go back!! (VRBO Review)

Another great week in a Beach Retreat property. We love these condos because they are so clean, well supplied, homey, convenient, and perfect beachfront view! Our little dog loves the property as well. The condos are so soundproof as well - no next door neighbor sounds or walking feet overhead.

This experience was all we could have dreamed of. My wife and I are both educators so this week provided a perfect respite for our family after a crazy year. Clean. spacious. The beach is right across the street. 2 minute walk. walking distance to 4 restaurants. nice people watching from the first floor patio. With Covid-19 we like the fact we could walk right in and out without getting on elevators. It could use a new mattress in the master, but other than that this was a perfect getaway for us at this time.

We really enjoyed this ground unit condo that allowed us to bring our mini dachshund, Peaches, with us on vacation. It had everything we needed and was nicely decorated. Kitchen was stocked with the utensils needed to make breakfast and dinner in the condo. Then, we were close enough to take the golf cart (rented separately) to some restaurants such as Pompano Joe’s, Crab Trap, Surf Hit, and Kenny D’s to enjoy seafood for lunch. We have always enjoyed the Miramar Beach area and when we return next time we plan to stay here.

The listing was very accurate in description and photos. The community was quiet during our stay and access to the beach was easy. Miramar Beach appears to be very pet friendly. We stayed with our 2 small pups and it went well. I would definitely stay in this unit again.

We have rented several condos over the years between Holiday Isle/mid-Destin/Miramar/Sandestin, and this unit has to be our favorite. Miramar Beach, first of all, is a great area to get out and exercise, rent bikes, or walk to dinner. Beach Retreat is convenient and has a beautiful view and easy access to the beach, and the beach service is a big bonus. This unit has been completely renovated. It is clean and well appointed with quality appliances and accessories. Worth mentioning are the QUALITY paper products, hand soap, and bath soap, none of which we have ever found in a rental. Thank you for those as we usually bring our own. The con: We were annoyed by what may be a plastic master cover on the master bed. Except for the deep sleeper, this was disturbing.

We absolutely loved our stay at 107 Beach Retreat and would definitely go back there. The condo was decorated absolutely adorable and very clean. I pretty particular about that and it was very nice. We loved sitting on the patio with our golden, watching people and dogs walk by and looking out at the ocean. Loved it!!!

Wonderful condo! We lost our original condo we had booked for a year and Renee contacted me about this last minute deal on this condo. It was so much better than the first one we rented and we were very pleased. Renee was amazing to work with and responded quickly on everything. The pool was so nice and it was just steps from the beach. We will without a doubt go back and stay at this condo. This was our first ever family vacation, and this condo made it amazing!
