Signed rental agreement required. Pricing subject to change when booking a year in advance.
Guests must be 25 years of age or accompanied by parents/legal guardian for the duration of their stay.
Full Rent due six weeks prior to arrival.
No Smoking in Condo unit or Balcony.
Pets must be well trained; not allowed on beds or furniture, no scratching/chewing, no wetting, etc.
Security deposit of $500 required (credit card authorization).
Cancellations receive a Full Refund minus $100 when cancelled at least 60 Days Prior to Arrival.

Where can I even begin to describe the incredible stay that we enjoyed here! This room was an absolute dream come true for our family. Immaculately clean, bright, and beautifully decorated. Plenty of room for our family of four to feel incredibly comfortable and at home. The best part though is, of course, the view! A roomy balcony overlooking an unobstructed, gorgeous view of the gorgeous gulf coast! The view and the room were picture perfect, even cooking dinner and washing dishes felt enjoyable as the view of the ocean was right in front of me! We are already planning our next visit and will always make room 208 our go-to condo in Florida!

We loved Beach Retreat 208! Every morning we enjoyed the balcony and coffee while watching the dolphins! The ice cream truck was also a huge hit! So much fun and the weather was fantastic! The unit was very clean and had toys, puzzles, books and beach items. We ate most of our meals in and found all the pans and utensils needed. We most certainly plan to return,

Beach Retreat 208 was fantastic! The unit was very clean and decorated very nicely. The kitchen was well-stocked. There were chairs for the beach and some beach toys as well. Marge was very sweet and easy to work with. But the best of all was the balcony where we spent alot of time enjoying the ocean breezes and people watching! We hope to return in the future.

Beautifully furnished with leather sofa and swivel chairs, our fully remodeled condo (October 2022) has 9 foot ceilings with crown molding and new vinyl flooring/baseboards throughout, recessed lighting, minka fans in three rooms, new Hall Bath full size shower with corian top vanity and designer lighting, new granite vanity in master bath.
