My family and I recently stayed in Beach Retreat 301. When you walk in, you will be in awe of how beautifully decorated it is, as well as how spacious it feels. The bedrooms are large and there is plenty of counter space in each bathroom. Ramona was absolutely wonderful to deal with and wanted to make sure all was well during our trip. The view from this condo balcony is spectacular and it is a short walk to the beach. The beds were so comfortable and the condo is very well stocked with everything you may need. We had the BEST stay at Beach Retreat 301 condo in Miramar Beach. The condo was absolutely beautiful! Ramona, the owner, was an absolute pleasure to deal with and went above and beyond to ensure that my family and I were situated well, were comfortable, and were enjoying our stay. The condo is very spacious and is situated perfectly across the private beach access gate, which makes it easy and convenient to get to and from the beach. Ramona has invested a lot of time and money to make her condo look gorgeous with very nice upgrades, a well-stocked kitchen, and the most comfortable beds in every room! The condo was very clean when we arrived and the views from the balcony are spectacular! My family and I have found our go to condo in Miramar Beach and highly recommend Ramona's condo to anyone. Unit 301 was nothing short of perfect. The owners were so hospitable, thought of everything! The location is the best, the views are heaven on earth, and the accommodations were amazing. 3bedrooms and 3 baths are hard to find but such a wonderful set up for parents and two grown couples. The owners made sure we had everything we could possibly need. Unit is beautifully decorated and the beds slept great. 10/10 recommendation ??

Beach Retreat # 301 has everything you want and need for a wonderful stay at the beach. From the moment you open the door you notice how immaculate it is and how well it is maintained. The plank tile flooring throughout is gorgeous. It is beautifully decorated throughout.The kitchen is appointed with everything you need to make a meal. The living room has very comfortable seating, that is not broken down or sagging . All three bedrooms have very comfortable beds in great condition that will give you a good nights rest. The bathrooms are simply beautiful. And the views of the gulf can't be beat. You have an unobstructed view of the gulf while sitting on your private balcony, it doesn't get any better! Beautifully decorated condo right across from beach. The photos really don’t do justice to how close you are from door to beach! Walking distance to Pompano Joe’s. Gated complex. Never had an issue parking. Stairs/elevator are just outside the door. The pool was VERY clean and just across the parking lot. We took two teenage girls and our dog. The place is very pet-friendly with lots of green space and places to walk your fur baby. Condo itself is exceptionally maintained and the customer service I received from the owner was OUTSTANDING!!! The master bedroom bed was extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend this property. Can’t wait to go back!

The property is in a family friendly condo that is not a mega complex. The pool and beach is not crowded and there is walkable access to a few good restaurants.
The property is well decorated and well stocked for those that want to make meals locally too. Would stay there again if we go back to the Destin area in the future.

We have been going to Destin for 30 years and staying in condos, and this unit was absolutely the most gorgeous, most comfortable, most well appointed we have ever seen!! We have always stayed in condos on Holiday Isle, but now needed a place that accepted our small dog, so I researched a great deal until I chose this unit. I was nervous about staying somewhere new, but now I can’t imagine ever staying anywhere else except Beach Retreat unit 301. The owner could not have been nicer or easier to work with! She provided detailed, helpful information and had the condo stocked better than any I’ve ever seen in 30 years. From the moment we opened the door, we fell in love with this unit and were literally in tears when we had to leave because we had the BEST stay ever!! While the photos of the unit are beautiful, witnessing it in person is BREATHTAKINGLY beautiful. From the GORGEOUS decor to the comfortable, lovely furniture to the spacious bedrooms with the most amazing beds and sheets to the great appliances to the awesome balcony with its perfect gulf front view to the luxurious pool to the perfect flooring (which I want at my home!) unit 301 is absolutely five star, A+++ perfect! Even there a week, we kept noticing new perfect details and decor that brightened each day. I must also add that it was such a quiet, peaceful place with quick, easy beach access. Much of the year our cleaning service and check in's are only done on Sunday's. This is a great benefit to our guests. Saturdays are best for our guest to spend on the beach when it is less crowded and can make for great photo days.
Additionally Saturday traffic in peak season can be very hectic which is nice to avoid if possible. If you are needing a check in date different than a Sunday please send an "inquiry" to discuss before clicking on "request to book".
Please give brief details about those in your party and pet details (age, weight and type if requesting to bring) in your rental inquiry. Rentals require brief phone conversation, completed rental agreement and copy of valid driver’s license.
Our beautiful condo is priced fairly. Please do not send inquiries asking for discounts or "best price". For the quote simply take the (price of your week + the cleaning fee) x 1.12 (if tax rate is 12%). This should equal your total quote without pets. If pets are approved simply add additional $20 day each to your week price.
