We have been traveling to Destin area since 2010. This is our stay at this location. We wanted closer proximity to restaurants for the teenagers. Condo is beautiful and everything needed is there. We enjoyed it all.

We just got home from a week vacation and just wanted to say that this condo far exceeded our expectations. The location was amazing!! You can walk to restaurants, the coffee shop and places to buy souvenirs. The beach is just steps from the back door and the view is amazing to relax and have coffee on the back patio. Beautifully decorated and super clean! Highly recommend this condo!

We just returned from 7 nights in Eric and Robin’s Rental and it was perfect! The view was amazing, and the condo was gorgeous. My 6 year old loved the bunk beds with the built in TVs, and I loved the walking path right outside the door for morning walks. The location is great and we got a gold cart so we drove that pretty much everywhere we needed to go all week. Highly recommend and already planning our next trip!

We absolutely loved everything about the condo. The ocean view was breathtaking!!! The condo was decorated beautifully. The pool was so spacious. The beach was only steps away. Having four chairs with two umbrellas was an added bonus. We can’t wait to go back.

We stayed in Robin and Eric’s unit for 8 days and we’re just in awe of how beautiful the unit was. The pictures just don’t do it justice. Everything was in pristine order and when we did need to contact them, they were both super friendly and responded immediately! The location of the unit is in such a great area. Not far from restaurants and shopping. Short walk across Scenic Gulf Dr to get to the private beach. The beach service was amazing! We were sad to leave, but will definitely be booking again with them! Thank you Robin and Eric!

Great spot ! Amazing view from the patio , the breeze and sounds coming from the ocean are amazing. Very nice pool and hot tub area. 2 sec walk to the beach out the sliding door of this very nicely down comfy condo . Beds were nice n comfy, pillows were plentiful and comfy also. Highly recommended this Condo. Owners were very communicative and very helpful. Overall thoughts, you will be pleasantly suprised by this gem !!

We had an amazing week! The condo was extremely clean, cutely decorated and well equipped. The view of the beach was amazing and the beach chairs were an added bonus. The beds were comfy and the towels were spotless. The owners are beyond friendly and checked on us throughout the week. The location is perfect. We took walks to get coffee and lunch and could relax on the patio without to many distractions. Their communication was superb before and after our trip. We will definitely stay here again!

We loved staying at Robin and Eric’s place for spring break! Very clean and has everything you need! Beach access was super easy and the view was amazing! Another plus is they are pet friendly! Robin and Eric made sure our stay was enjoyable and were extremely responsive to any questions or anything we needed. We will be back for sure and can’t wait until our next visit!

Master bedroom 1 is comfortable and spacious. This mattress is constructed with copper-infused TheraCool gel technology that naturally protects against viruses to prevent the spread of odors and stains. Bunkbeds are located in the hallway. The bottom bunk is full size and the top bunk is twin. Each bunk is equipped with a 24" smart Roku HDTV ready to stream your favorite Netflix, Disney, YouTube TV, etc. USB/USB-C ports are located next to both bunks for you to charge your electronic devices while you relax.
For your convenience, there is a brand new full size washer and dryer located in the hallway.

Beach Service included in season (Mid-March thru Oct), with umbrella and four chairs. We are the only unit in Beach Retreat that includes 4 chairs!
Pet-Friendly: well-groomed, well-trained, non-aggressive pets allowed with prior approval (some breeds restricted).
Supplies:
Saltwater Shores provides dish washing soap for your stay and an initial supply of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap, and 2 kitchen trash bags; enough to get you through your first 24 hours. We recommend you bring the following items for the remainder of your stay; toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, spices/condiments, coffee and coffee filters, laundry detergent, beach towels, umbrella, additional beach chairs (if needed), beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for an enjoyable vacation.
Amenities:
Please note we do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We require there be one adult over 25 years old staying in the home for every 2 people under 25. We only take family vacations. No Exceptions!
