My family absolutely loved this condo. It has everything you need. There was a lot of love put into it. Linda and Terry were great to work with. Access to beach is great. View was great. Couldn’t ask for anything better. We will definitely be back.

My family of 6 absolutely loved staying here. The condo was fresh and clean. Beds were comfortable. Very close to the beach and pool. My family of six enjoyed just as much time at the pool as we did the beach (our 3 year old learned how to swim in the pool without a life jacket this trip). One thing I really loved is that we didn’t have to load/unload the van up every time we wanted to go to the beach or find parking! The owners were always quick to respond with any questions that we had. Next time we visit Destin we would love to stay here again. Oh if you like coffee you must go to Bad Ass Coffee, they blow Starbucks out of the water! Thank you! BOOMER SOONER!!!!

The place was such a fun experience with our two children (5 and 2.5). We loved the quick access to the beach. It literally was so close, we could enjoy the morning views of the ocean from the top balcony. The property itself was well maintained and clean. We did go to the pool once, and it was clean and family-friendly. The condo was fully stocked of everything we needed to feel at home. We were able to cook meals at ease, knowing whatever utensil, pan or pot, dish, etc would be there. The pull-out bed from the couch was actually pretty comfortable. I laid with my children at night (I am currently 6mo pregnant) and felt really comfortable. The king beds were nice and cozy too! We enjoyed our stay and plan to come back again next year. Owners were amazing to deal with and responded quickly to any questions we had. Provided communication regarding our stay once we booked and checked in with us a couple of times during our stay to make sure all was ok.

Home had an informational book with local restaurants and menus. We had a welcome packet waiting for us upon check in that included a small gift card. Home was clean upon arrival and kitchen was well stocked with anything you need. I was surprised by the essentials that were provided. Several rolls of toilet paper, a couple of dishwasher pods and a new dish sponge, extra trash bags in the bottom of the bathroom trash cans. Beach was only steps away from the home with easy access and clean. Loved the balcony furniture and view. Walking distance to a few shopping stores and eateries. Pompano Joes was a plus being across the street with happy hour from 3-5 ($5 margaritas). Loved the front door parking. Made unloading and loading so much easier. Keypad entry was a plus! Beach chairs and umbrella was included with rental. Tipped the service guy the first day and told him where we would like to be set up each day and he absolutely took care of us! Would book here again without hesitation!

This is a very nice recently renovated condo with comfy beds and nice living arrangements. Sit on the top deck and look at the ocean. Walk out the bottom porch and in no time your toes are in the sand. If being at the beach is your priority, this is the place for you! All my kids (11-17) walked back and forth on their own. The reserved beach chairs make it really easy to have a home spot for your beach gear. The pool is nice when you need a break from the sand. Easy walk to Alvin's for some shopping and grocery store is an easy drive. Great sidewalk to walk or bike along the beach boulevard. Highly recommend Blue Surf #3!

We have stayed at Blue Surf before and love the location. We have stayed in this unit before and we believe it is the best unit at blue surf. The balcony view is perfect. The proximity to the beach and Pompano Joe's is perfect. You will love staying here. We had four adults and it was a perfect fit.

This was our second trip to St. Somewhere. The location, the unit, and amenities are great. Linda is AWESOME! She kept us updated of local attractions and other items that were happening. We love St. Somewhere and will be back soon!

St. Somewhere was a marvelous place. I loved the stay, the place, and the atmosphere of it all. St. Somewhere was so beautiful, the pictures didn't do it justice. The beach theme was perfect. Ms. Linda was on top of everything. She was a blessing in that she kept in touch and helped when needed. I would recommend this Townhouse to any and everyone. The only thing is I don't want anyone to be in it when I get ready to go back. LOL

WOW! DO NOT LOOK ANYMORE IN THE ENTIRE DESTIN AREA! THIS IS THE BEST! No vacation property has ever been more enjoyed by our family. The view off the balcony is to die for, the accommodations inside are amazing, and the beach is RIGHT THERE! Televisions are all over, beds are comfortable, kitchen has everything, bathrooms are beautiful, and absolutely every detail has been thought of by the owners for what will make your stay pleasant. As if the place wasn't great enough, the owners are even better. I felt like they not only went above and beyond to make our trip incredible, but they genuinely cared about my family having a wonderful vacation. I will DEFINITELY be returning!!!

This condo easily exceeded expectations, very nice, modern, and recently remodeled unit that sets right across the street from the beach. Great views of the gulf from the upper balcony. A real treat for a family vacation!

Our family had a great time! The rental chairs, walk to the beach, access to the pool, and Pompano Joe's was incredible. Our girls, ages 12, 8, and 6, had a blast. The unit made it even better. Loved the beachy theme of the condo. Amenities important to us: very roomy, very clean, both bedrooms had king size beds and both bathrooms had walk in showers. A definite future stay. Loads of eating places and fun things to do.....loved Crab Island.

We have stayed at Blue Surf at least 5 times. This condo was the prettiest and most updated. We always appreciate the fact it is close to the beach and close to Pompano Joes. On the top floor you can easily see the ocean. Just beautiful!

I will be back ASAP!! My guests and I were so in love with the location and with Destin. Highly recommend this place so close to the beach. Thanks again Linda!!

Our family loved this condo on Miramar Beach. Newly renovated, nicely decorated, clean and plenty of room for our family of 5. Every day we enjoyed coffee and cocktails on the balcony taking in the gorgeous ocean view. Our boys used the running path in front and we were entertained watching all the activity. Perfect location. Steps away to the powdery-soft beach, easy access to shopping and restaurants. Having beach service was a wonderful bonus. I will not go to the beach again without it. Thanks Linda for providing a relaxing respite and memorable vacation getaway during a time of much uncertainty. We would stay here again!! Carla H.

Perfect! I can’t think of another word to use! The location was perfect, so close to the beach. Air conditioning worked perfectly as we had to keep turning it down! The decor is perfect but still cozy and comfortable. It was a perfect weekend for 3 friends who have dreamed of a trip like this for years. We WILL be back! ❤️

This is the fourth time I’ve stayed at Saint somewhere! As usual the condominium is charming and homey. The location is close to the beach and several places to shop and eat. I encourage anyone looking for a great place to stay for vacation to book Blue Surf #3!

The property is awesome and the Terry and Linda are great to work with!! Steps from the beach, beautiful views and the condo is clean, with new updates!! We have stayed here 2 times and will be coming back every time we come to Destin!! Terry and Linda are always there to answer any questions when needed!! Would be a big mistake to pass on this rental in my opinion!!

This townhouse had a nice Oceanview with a very easy walk to the beach. My teenage boys were able to walk back-and-forth on their own and we could make short or long trips over with ease.

The beds were comfy and the townhome had a nice homey feel. The pool was a nice size for when the kids wanted a break from the ocean and sand. Nice walking path right in front of the townhome and restaurants easy to walk to. My nine-year-old daughter loved the easy walk to Alvins for souvenirs. The grocery store and outlet malls were an easy drive and it took us about 20 minutes to get to the Destin harbor area.

Having the beach chairs and umbrella reserved for us each day was a nice bonus. The beach area is a public area and it was busy where we were but never had a crowded feeling. Most evenings we would walk across the street to Pompano Joe’s and have a drink while listening to music and watching the ocean. Then a very easy walk back home rather than having to search for parking.

Highly recommend blue surf number three if you are looking for easy access to the beach with a nice place to stay.

Working with Terry and Linda is an enjoyable experience. They make the whole booking process easy. The newly remodeled and renovated condo is amazing. This is my 3rd trip to Saint Somewhere and I can’t wait to get back in July!

We loved st somewhere it was all we expected and more. The view was beautiful and we was not right in the crowd. We will be staying here again on our next trip here. We stayed at St. Somewhere for a week of fun in the sun! The beach(which is right across the street) is beautiful! Our chairs and umbrella were set up every morning on the beach waiting on us. The condo is super cute, comfortable and had everything we needed. The upstairs balcony view is amazing in the morning and evening. Pompano Joes for dinner was so good. If you are looking for an affordable vacation with outstanding accommodations, this place is for you! Thank you Terry & Linda for sharing your home with us and being wonderful hosts! Our experience at “Saint Somewhere,” was absolutely incredible. Everything about the condo was perfect! The location, decor, and overall ambiance of the condo and area was amazing. The townhome had more than enough space for our family of four. The newly remodeled bathroom was absolutely beautiful! We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the condo and cannot wait to return soon! Our stay at Blue Surf Unit #3 was awesome! The upgrades made to the town home are fabulous. What I enjoyed most about the complex is the smaller number of units so it's not too crowded. The pool is nice and warm and you're just a short walk across the street to beautiful beaches. Having two chairs and an umbrella reserved for you every day was a nice perk as well. The town home is conveniently located to many restaurants and I enjoyed my morning runs on the bike path that's just steps away. If we decide to come back to Miramar Beach, we'll definitely be looking to stay here again.

Wow, we couldn’t have been more pleased with this condo. Beautifully decorated and fully stocked, this unit had everything we needed for a great vacation. A superior view from the balcony made the perfect place to enjoy our morning coffee. The beach was just a few steps away, which made every day so easy to enjoy. Hope to come back soon.

Perfect water and sunset views! Perfect response time with questions. Perfect beach decor! Perfect grounds and walking area. Intimate setting of twenty six townhouses that are well kept and friendly! Drawback: owners wanted to use it themselves in February so we are onto another spot with a different view but an elevator!

We love staying at Blue Surf, perfect location for what we love to do. St. Somewhere is beautifully furnished, clean, and the most gorgeous view.

This is the perfect place for our family of 5! We are repeat visitors. The condo is well kept and close to the beach with excellent views. Highly recommend it.

Our family of 4 traveled to Destin for our daughters softball tournament. We stayed a week and we can't express enough how PERFECT "St. Somewhere" was for our family.

We had a wonderful Spring Break trip in the "St. Somewhere" condo (unit 3) at Blue Surf. The owners were great to work with. Linda was responsive and helpful and provided great recommendations. The condo is well maintained, clean and perfect for a family. The recent remodeling makes this unit stand out from others in the complex. The Blue Surf complex is quaint and has a nice pool and common area for kids to play. The beach is a 2 minute walk across the street and the chairs and umbrella included with our rental made the beach days relaxing! Pompano Joes is also across the street and a great place to grab a drink or snack while in the beach. There were several shops in walking distance and plenty of stores and restaurants within a short drive. This is a great option for a simple, relaxing vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our days at St. Somewhere! The decor is beautiful, totally my style (I want that gold mermaid plaque in the main floor bathroom - LOL). Such attention to detail - the ombré stairs were super cute! Lots of room to spread out and the upper deck was a great spot to have a drink and watch the emerald waters and the occasional dolphin. The beach took my breath away, pale silica sand, a thousand colours of blue, teal, emerald - I'll never forget the beauty of it! The chair service at the beach was such a plus!! The pool was very nice for days when the surf is too strong to swim in. Plenty of restaurants nearby, something to make everyone happy. You won't regret staying here.

Amazing attention to details clearly shows these owners have their heart and soul invested in this property. The views off the deck tugs at your heart, leaving you with an appreciation for God's beauty of the Gulf. Personally, I love all the colors and quality of the furnishings, including the 4 large TVs. Linda and Terry have made our stay arrangements a real pleasure.

If you are looking for a really, really clean, place to stay, look NO FURTHER. The St Somewhere, condo, is truely our home away from home, right down to the clean pool, and manicured lawn. If you are looking for views with lots of green grass/palm trees, and gorgeous white sands, and Emerald color Gulf, you have found it. I really love the high deck chairs on the 2nd story for a view that will take your breath away.

Every attention to detail in this remodel is a tribute to the craftsman. I was amazed how much taking out the wall in the stairway opened up the downstairs. Great thinking and construction on this improvement.

I've stayed many times in the past in this exact Condo Blue Surf Unit 3. The improvements the owners have made has catapulted this special unit to way above Blue Surfs standards. This must be the best unit in the complex.

We couldn't have asked for a nicer place or a better location! Our unit was beautifully updated,spacious with great amenities.Really enjoyed the heated pool!We had beautiful sunsets from our deck most nights.Truly a great stay!

We had a wonderful time at St Somewhere. The condo was all it was described to be. Linda is a pleasure to work with and made sure our stay was all we wanted it to be.

The condo is picturesque! The new owners obviously put their heart and soul into this property remodel. My entire family also rented condos at the complex and we were the envy of the whole family. Their condos were subpar but not this one! This was my husband, daughter and my favorite trip this far and its our 7th consecutive yr in Destin. I am grateful that we rented from folks that put excellence into ensuring their renters had such a cozy, beautiful, clean condo. I will definitely recommend this condo!

Simply perfect. We typically stay in Okaloosa Island but first time here in Miramar. Very quaint and quiet. Exactly what we were looking for. There was not a single high-rise in the area. Which is so untypical for Destin. Sidewalks and bike paths were always filled with active people which was really nice to see. We have a six-year-old and a four-year-old and we all love this place. the condo was very clean and well appointed. they have really done a great job here. directly across the street from the beach such easy access. The beach chairs were very convenient. Gave them a nice tip on the first day and they always had our chairs ready we never had to go down early to claim them. The owners were very accommodating and so nice and sweet. We will definitely be back again. We loved it.

My family and I just spent the past week at Blue Surf - Unit 3. We have been vacationing in Destin for the past 10 years, and this condo is the nicest unit we have rented thus far. In addition, Linda is the best owner that I have rented from. She is very responsive, friendly, and you can tell that she genuinely wants her renters to enjoy their stay. This condo is so comfortable! The unit is tastefully decorated - it has just the right amount of beach decor. The furniture is great. The condo is well-equipped. It is perfect! You can tell that the owners put a lot of love into their place. We felt very welcomed and right at home during our stay. The beach view is wonderful. We also loved that the beach access is just a few steps away, and we thoroughly enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella that were set up daily. In addition, there are several restaurants within walking distance. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to rent a place in the Miramar Beach area. We will definitely be back! We just got back from staying at St. Somewhere and we loved it so much! My husband and I stayed there with his parents and we all had plenty of room. The decor was so nice, the view was amazing and you really can't beat the beach being across the street! It was really nice having a nice, large TV in the living room, and smaller (but still big) TVs in the kitchen, and in both bedrooms!

This is a great place if you're going to bring your pets. The owners were also very accommodating in letting us bring our dog. She LOVED sitting on the upstairs patio watching the waves and people go by :-)

We would've paid double to stay at a hotel (that wasn't as nice) to have the beach access we had. Mirimar beach isn't crowded like Destin-proper. The restaurant across the street is fantastic (we ate there 3 times!), plus you can walk up from the beach for drinks! We loved being able to make our own meals.

My only complaint is that I wish the pool was a little bigger, but that's not that big of a deal.

St Somewhere is anamazing condo. We had an incredible time. The owners are wonderful to work with. This was an awesome trip and so glad we stayed at this condo.

We had a great time at St Somewhere. The location was perfect across the street from Pompano Joe's and the beach. The condo was exceptionally clean, beds were great and comfy and tv's were in every room. It was a perfect fit and we slept 7 people in it. Plenty of table room for cooking. The owners have been the most helpful of any place I have rented. They answered any questions I had and were very nice and great people. I recommend this property to anybody looking for a place on the beach. I will definitely be back again to stay at St Somwhere.

This unit was perfect! This recently renovated unit was tastefully decorated and everything was well functioning and clean! I loved that it was a walk out unit near the rinse off station with easy access to the beach and pool. The view was amazing! Online pictures don't do it justice. The owners thought of everything which made it feel like vacationing in a hotel (rather than an independently owned condo). They even had a welcome bag waiting on us! Our family has been coming to Blue Surf for years and this was our first time staying in this particular unit. It's our new favorite!!!

Our stay at St. Somewhere was likely the best place we have ever stayed at the beach. The beds were amazing, not motel like at all. The ocean setup with the chairs and umbrella couldn't be beat. The area was clean and upscale. We was so happy with the booking process. The owners was over the top helpful and was always able and willing to answer any questions. Hands down best people I have EVER rented from. I have nothing bad to say about the condo or the town at all. The only downside was I was excited about the little place across the street and I found it to be expensive for my budget. :)

Oh my, this place is amazing! The pictures don't begin to describe how wonderful this condo is. Newly remodeled and updated. Cute, homey and very, very clean. St. Somewhere is an unbelievable vacation getaway. We were just steps away from the white sand beach where our chairs and umbrella were set up for us every morning. The grill is available if you want to cook out and Pompano Joes is just across the street if you want to eat out, have a yummy cocktail or sit on the down stairs patio and listen to the band. We highly recommend this fabulous vacation spot!

We loved the decor, it is toned down beachy & eye appealing. All new furniture, bedding, appliances & all necessary equipment made staying there part of the pleasure of the outside views & location. Very quiet which made for a relaxing vacation time of laid back enjoyment. Location is convenient to beach,food,& entertainment. Have recommended to many couples & small families. Felt safe & secure. A place to visit yearly.

We stayed at this wonderful condo that is just across the street from the beach. You can sit on the balcony (they have great chairs) and look out to the ocean. The property is VERY nicely decorated and equipped. Two bedrooms, two baths, a living room upstairs. Great, well-equipped kitchen. Did I mention location? Enjoy a wonderful vacation at this perfect get-away.

We had a wonderful stay at St. Somewhere. The townhome was very clean and very well updated. You could not have ask for a nicer place to relax. Just across the street to the beach where your beach chairs and umbrella are waiting for you. Everything that you need while you are there has been furnished for you. I would recommend this property to everyone. The owner Linda is very helpful and is very prompt with answering any questions you may have. A topnotch rental!!

We just booked this lovely town home for our upcoming summer vacation, and I have to go ahead and rave about how wonderful Linda (the owner) has been in responding and communicating with me about the rental. I can honestly say that out of all of the rentals I have inquired about and rented throughout our many years of Destin vacations, she is nothing short of fabulous. She is quick to respond, very thorough in her communications, and super nice. I am so glad that she is opening her home to us for our summer vacation. We cannot wait, and I feel certain that I will have many wonderful things to report back on following our week there.
