I stayed at Blue Surf 10B last week and it was FANTASTIC!! This was my first visit to Blue Surf but definitely will not be my last. The complex itself was small and very well kept, beautiful landscaping and a great pool. The condo was BEAUTIFUL, very spacious and up-to-date furnishings and the view from both balconies (yes, two balconies - one on the second floor and one on the third floor) were breathtaking, a straight view to the ocean!! Two of the things I liked most was a reserved parking spot and having a reserved umbrella/beach chairs set up everyday waiting for you at the beach. If you are considering a nice, quiet and relaxing vacation spot, that is still in the heart of Destin, this is the place for you!!!!!
I would also like to mention that the owner was one of the most informative and helpful people that I've ever rented from, you could tell that he truly wanted you to enjoy your visit and he equipped you with as much information as possible. I was very appreciative of that.

We have been staying in Blue Surf 10B for 7+ years now, and the experience is always the same. Wonderful condo, well furnished, clean. The owners have always gone above and beyond to make our experience as good as it could be. You won’t find owners that care more about their condo and their renters experience’s than that of 10B. The condo is beautiful, steps away from the ocean, and Pompano Joe’s.
Blue Surf is a wonderful complex, and 10B is the place to stay!

This townhouse is perfectly placed right across from the beach and one of the best restaurants in Destin.
The view is spectacular, the accommodations are very comfortable, and the owners are extremely passionate about their place.
We have spent our past two vacations here and will continue. If you want the perfect place for a family vacation, look no further than than Blue Surf 10b.

We stayed there last week and loved the unit. Totally updated, spacious with top grade appliances. Best view of the ocean from the two decks. Kitchen has everything you need. Two parking spaces right outside the door. Best bonus is having an umbrella and two chairs set up and reserved for you every day. The owners are helpful and great to work with. You'll enjoy staying in this rental.

NOW PET FRIENDLY and terrific views from 2 balconies!
Blue Surf is a terrific and classic Emerald Coast condo, small in size and yet full of convenience!
The small size of the complex, with only 34 units, makes for a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere for all guests.
Come and enjoy the green lush landscaping with plenty of space to throw a Frisbee or a ball, a comfortable pool and incredible accessibility to the Emerald Coast white sand as far as you can see. You can even enjoy a game of shuffleboard!
Blue Surf 10B is a 2-story, townhouse style property, located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of a 3 story building.
No highrise condo issues here, where you waste time waiting for crazy elevator rides to the 20th floor.... you can let your children run between the pool and the condo and feel comfortable about it. The 2 bedrooms are on opposites sides of the condo and even on different floors, providing the most privacy for the sleeping areas.
Each bedroom has a memory foam queen-size mattress fitted with very nice linens, sure to provide you hours of comfort after all of that time relaxing at the beach.
The 2 bathrooms in Blue Surf 10B are adjacent to the bedrooms, making it very convenient for any guest.
When you enter Blue Surf 10B you walk directly into our newly renovated custom kitchen, where there is seating for 6 at the table and 2 more at the breakfast bar. You will find a very well equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, plenty of kitchen utensils and lots of elbow space. On this same floor is the full-size washer and dryer for your use as well as the 1st bedroom with direct access to the balcony overlooking the lawn, pool and the Gulf of Mexico. This bathroom has a tub/shower combination for your use.
As you climb the new staircase to the top floor you enter the spacious living room, complete with a wet bar and new oversized sectional couch. The upper balcony is directly off of this room and has incredibly comfortable Adiriondack style bar-height seating for your comfort. This will become a favorite place to sit early in the morning with coffee or late in the evening as you settle in for the night. The 2nd bedroom, with the very large closet and adjacent bathroom with walk-in shower, is so comfortable that you will really hate to go home!
Parking is so easy at Blue Surf 10B....... no searching for parking in crazy crowded lots... you have 2 reserved spots just steps away for your convenience. New smart TVs are in this unit so that you can watch your favorite subscriptions easily while you are away from home. In the living room there is a new 65" TV that is excellent for watching movies and sports!
FREE BEACH SERVICE IS INCLUDED FROM MARCH THROUGH EARLY NOVEMBER!
We have found it makes the difference in the amount of fun/comfort/relaxation you have on the beach.
Daily from 9AM to 5PM there are 2 cloth and wood chairs set up for your convenience along with a lovely umbrella.
Simply carry a cooler, a book and your sun screen and relax alongside the incredible Emerald Coast
Blue Surf is well positioned along Scenic Gulf Drive, literally across the street from Pompano Joe's, a 5 minute walk to the Dairy Queen and Bad Ass Coffee, and dozens of other restaurants and retail shops within a couple of miles. Or don't go anywhere else and just relax at Blue Surf 10B.
Other Points to Note:
- Must be 25 years old (minimum) to rent
- No smoking unit
- Dogs allowed if cleared by unit owner (some breed restrictions apply)
- Linens are included, but you need to bring your beach towels!
- Each bedroom has an alarm clock, USB port on the bedside table, laundry basket, hairdryer and TV with cable
- The living room has a Smart TV--- bring your passwords for your favorite apps!
- Games, puzzles and movies are provided in the living room for children and adults
- Beach and pool toys are provided for your use while you are visiting
