For bookings made more than 44 days prior to arrival payments can be made in the form of Cashier's Check/Money Order/Personal Check or via PayPal invoicing. Bookings made 30 days or less prior to arrival payments shall be made by credit card via PayPal invoicing.
Summer rentals require a 7 night (Saturday to Saturday) booking.

Such a great place to stay. The views are unmatched and it is so nice to be right on the beach. There are restaurants in walking distance as well. The condo is very comfortable and quiet. It was wonderful to have a fully equipped kitchen as well! We will definitely be back!

My wife and I recently stayed at Cabana Club 306 and had a fabulous time. Building and unit were recently remodeled and unit is very nice. Well decorated and well appointed, and it couldn’t be any closer to the beach. Very clean and very convenient to stores, shops, grocery, etc.
Hostess was great and all information was provided before our arrival. Checking in and out was a breeze.
I highly recommend as we will definitely be coming back!

This was our first VRBO stay but not our last. This condo has the perfect location right on beach. Due to Covid we cooked most meals at condo and all pots, pans, utensils available. I chose this unit from pictures of furniture. We are older and spend evenings watching tv. Comfy chairs and great channel selection made us happy. Heard minimal noise from neighbors. Felt like we were alone although many cars in parking lot. The elevator is a big plus. The owner is fantastic with communication so believe it when she says to bring hangers, etc. We would stay here again.

Very nice getaway. Comfortable furniture, bed and great shower. There were not any hangers in the unit which I found very strange but a minor complaint. Could use a deep clean, baseboards dirty and when we were looking for something we dropped had to pull out dresser and lots of dust. That being said the view from this unit is heaven.

These condos have a fabulous view and we would go back for that alone. The overall location was good with access to everything you could need. The fact that there is not a pool is fine with us but might be a negative to families with younger kids.

I enjoyed my stay here so much! The gulf view is everything all of the other great reviews about this place rave about. The beach access was wonderful and I spent every afternoon sitting on the beach with a book, then watched the sunset. I was able to walk every day on the miles of walking paths along scenic 98. Pompano Joes was my favorite place to eat. The condo is well stocked and very comfortable. Check in was a breeze and Laura responds right away if you have any questions. Thanks again for a wonderful week at the beach and I would definitely stay here again.

The entire experience of renting this condo has been pleasant and easy. The host always reached out in a timely manner and answered quickly. The condo itself was very clean and comfy. It had everything we needed. The kind bed was very comfortable. Having two bathrooms was very convenient. The beach was perfect and the chair and umbrella service was perfect. Beautiful place with great view. Spacious master bedroom and bathroom. Cooked several meals in kitchen and access outside to three grills. Watched dolphins feeding in morning off the deck and many seashells in the afternoon in the ocean. Will stay again.

Nice sized one bedroom. Two bathrooms were nice bonus. Fully equipped kitchen. Everything worked great. Beach front property was perfect. Literally steps from the beach and ocean. Great umbrella and chair service all seven days for 200 dollars. It is not a busy location on beach with private access. And owner was easy to deal with and provided everything we needed.

We had a wonderful stay at Cabana Club #306. The location is close to restaurants and all the shopping you could ever want a short drive away. The condo was very clean and contained all you would need for meal preparation. The view from the balcony was awesome. We would not hesitate to recommend this property and would definitely stay there again.

What a wonderful way to spend 2 weeks in February. The condo location couldn't be better situated. Crystal Beach in Destin is the place to stay. You're close to many shops and restaurants but away from the traffic. And there's a bike/walking path that runs 5 miles through Crystal Beach along the Gulf. A bonus for winter stays is that you have views from the balcony of both sunrises and sunsets! The condo itself, while older, was bright and cheerful, although the bedroom could use more light. While there were a few other minor things that needed repair and upgrade they did not affect our overall stay. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves .

We have stayed at different units of Cabana Club for over 20 years. First time dealing with Laura and VRBO.This has to be our favorite unit.Comfortable bed and furniture and best furnished kitchen yet.Also first time we were privy to beach goodies in storage area. Stayed a month and had no problems accept dryer quit working but was taken care of immediatley.

I'm almost afraid to rave about this property for fear of it not being available when I want! This is by far the best spot we've ever stayed. Bed was huge and comfortable, I didn't even miss my own bed. Loved the convenience of two bathrooms. Kitchen very well equipped. We brought our instant pot and cooked crab legs for dinner one night. We stayed during off peak season and basically had the whole beach to ourselves. Parking and beach access could not be more convenient. And you can watch the sun rise and set right from the balcony with its panoramic views. Also, very good convenient shopping close by - Whole Foods, outlets, Publix, Walmart, etc. This is our new beach getaway spot!

Enjoyed our vacation. The condo was perfect with an amazing view and everything we needed. The home had 1 bedroom and 2 pull out beds in the family room which were great for the four of us. Lots of beach stuff to use there as well...tip: check it out before going to Walmart or Alvin's! The condo was clean and decorated beautifully! We would definitely stay here again.

This was out 3 yr anniversary and we just love the small atmosphere of the Cabana Club! It is not the high tower rooms that have so many people and a lot of elevators... This stay was a little different for us. (nothing to do with the room) but we had a person above us that sounded like she was moving furniture around at all hours of the night. (not enough to keep us from sleeping but just weird that someone moves furniture so much when your only renting a place for a week or so) other than that our stay was fantastic as ususal!!! Thank you for having a wonderful place for us to rent!!!

This condo was perfect. It was exactly like the pictures portrayed. It was very cute and had a very comfortable bed. The view of the ocean was amazing. The location was perfect. We literally walked through the private gate right onto the beach. Walmart was only a five minute drive away. My only complaint would be all of the algae (June Grass) in the water. It was very thick. If you walk out in the ocean past the algae, the water is crystal clear. We spent all of our time enjoying the waves. I plan to return to this unit again. Overall we had a wonderful time!

Our condo was great and the owners were awesome. it was a little on the chilly side and rainy. the view was absolutely amazing. we literally could watch the dolphins swim from inside the condo but it was wonderful to sit on the balcony and watch them. There were a few things not up to par but this was not due to negligence of the owners it was due to whatever cleaning company they used. The owner was shocked when I told them and said they would talk to them. We will definantly be returning.

We have been traveling to Destin every summer for about 8 years now and always stay in a different complex. This end of the beach was very clean and quiet. This condo was one of the cleanest we have stayed in. Special thanks to the housekeeper! The furniture was very comfortable and my husband even got dibbs on the tan leather rocker/recliner. Even though it was only the two of us its very nice having the two FULLbathrooms, which is rare for a one bedroom condo. The colors on the walls and the decor is fun and beachy. Loved the lime green!

The unit was clean and has very colorful decor with comfortable furniture. The ocean view is spectacular, and we were able to see beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the balcony. The 2 bathrooms are very large and equipped with an ample supply of fresh linens. The master (only) bedroom has a very large bed with a comfortable mattress and crisp linens. The kitchen is well equipped. It was wonderful having a washer and dryer in the unit that was very efficient. The condo is centrally located to numerous restaurants and shopping making it very easy to get around. The only complaint was that there was no garbage disposal.....missed one because we had to empty trash a couple time a day because we didn't want the odor of trash to be in the unit. We have spent many vacations in Destin and this was one of the most enjoyable and relaxing.

306 is comfortably furnished and immaculate. Appliances have been updated. Enjoyed having two recliners from which to enjoy the view of the gulf. The king sized bed is very comfortable. Having two baths is a definite plus. Love the location on Scenic 98! Beach access is easy, and, the spot on Crystal Beach is unbeatable!

There is so much to love about this condo. I will try not to repeat what other reviewers have said. They have correctly described the condo. We appreciated the quality and quantity of linens, the comfortable bed, the drying rack that fit into the shower so we could easily rinse out our swimsuits, the well stocked kitchen, the shelves in the bathroom for a shaving kit etc. and the ease of working with the owner. Our favorite restaurant is the Surf Hut which is close by. We brought our bikes and enjoyed the bike trail across the street and the trail on highway 30A. Bikes can be rented close by and also on 30A. The condo complex is well maintained and the BBQ's are cleaned after every use. This condo would be perfect for an extended stay. Per my husbands request, the only things we brought from home were the Keurig and his favorite BBQ tools. There is a huge outlet mall nearby and grocery stores. The pictures are accurate. Our only regret was that we could not stay longer. We definitely plan to return to this condo.

We were very happy with every aspect of this condo. From the beautiful décor, to the well stocked kitchen, we felt right at home. The view from the condo's balcony is gorgeous. We were able to see dolphins swimming along the beach most mornings as we ate our breakfast. We found the king size bed very comfortable and the connected bathroom with it's large shower more than sufficient. There was another shower in the second bathroom for those that bring additional guests. Of course there is nothing better than being right on the beach. Since there aren't very many units in this building the beach in front of the condo is not crowded, which gives you plenty of room to spread out and relax. There is beach service that provides chairs and an umbrella for a fee. There are also nearby wave runner, kayak and paddle board rentals. Have I mentioned the sand. The sand is amazingly white, soft and cool to the touch. The sand even squeaks as you walk. The water is very clear except when the surf gets too rough and brings in to much algae from the deeper water. The algae is what gives the water it's pretty Emerald Green color hence the name "The Emerald Coast". We were very happy with our decision to stay at this condo and we'll definitely stay here the next time we visit Destin.

Location, location, location! Very comfortable condo right on the beach. Beach décor adds to the fun. My husband and I sat on the balcony and watched the waves, bring binoculars to watch the ships on the horizon. Long walks on the beach are the best! This condo is situated in a quiet area of the beach away from the high rise buildings, just a short walk from The Crab Trap restaurant. The kitchen has everything you need to fix meals: pots and pans, roasters, coffee pot, there are even good knives! This is a wonderful condo and I hope we will be able to return.

This condo was perfect. It is a very large one bedroom and the location on the beach is perfect and quiet. Being away from all the high rise and large complexes is great and make the beach so private. The view from the balcony is great and every morning we saw dolphins from the balcony. I looked at a lot of places before choosing this unit and I am so glad I did. We could not have picked a better place for our family to stay. We will definitely be back.

Can't say enough about this condo. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. Very nice, clean, and accommodating condo. Beach access was perfect; never had a problem getting right next to the beach each and every day. The owner was quick with responses to inquiries and always offered up valuable advice on restaurants and other things to do! Would stay here again for sure!

This condo was excellent! It was clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed for our home away from home. It was wonderful to have a semi-private beach within steps of our condo because parking can be such a problem when going to public beaches. When I looked to the left and to the right of where we were staying, the beach was packed all around us. But, our beach area in front of our condo complex was not crowded at all...and this was in the middle of July. The location of this condo is perfect! We were convenient to several restaurants within walking distance, and only a short drive to everything else. The owners of the condo were excellent to work with and everything was as they stated. They were very professional and helpful! You will not go wrong if you rent this condo. We enjoyed our stay so very much and hated to leave. We will definitely rent this condo again!

The balcony is great to watch the ocean & the beach is only a few steps with sand unbelievably white & fine. January in Destin was a new experience for us but it was great. This unit was cheerfully decorated with upscale linens, towels and interior decoration. The location offered superior convenience to restaurants, shopping, grocery etc. The view was perfect, so close to the beach you were only a few steps from a nice walk. Welcome to our Destin home located in the gorgeous Crystal Beach community! This piece of paradise at Cabana Club Unit 306 offers direct and unobstructed oceanfront views and is literally steps from the powdery soft, sugar white sand beach! Enjoy your vacation with the comforts and amenities of home all in 1,100 square feet of living space.
Enter your pristine and uncrowded beach with coded access for a day in the sun. Relax on your large balcony and enjoy sweeping ocean views while enjoying a hot cup of coffee in the morning or a romantic sunset and glass of wine in the evening.
Our kitchen is furnished with full size appliances and equipped with all of the amenities needed to prepare casual or gourmet meals. The dining area has a table with seating for four and there are three comfortable bar stools for dining at the breakfast bar. There is also a lovely outdoor area with three large charcoal grills.
Our unit can accommodate up to four comfortably. The living area has an elegant, bright tropical feel with a queen size sofa sleeper, comfortable chair, a leather recliner and 65 inch flat screen TV. The bedroom has a comfortable king sized bed, small TV, dresser, night stand and spacious closet. You have the convenience of two baths with walk-in showers. Linens are provided and there is a washer and dryer in the unit for your use.
You may rent a beach setup of two chairs and one umbrella that are provided via a private service each morning. Beach setup is not included in the rental price of the condo. There is not a swimming pool located on the grounds of the complex, but the beautiful warm waters of the Emerald Coast are just steps away from the door!
A non-refundable cleaning and service fee will be required and is not included in the rental price of the condo. A refundable security deposit will be charged in addition to the rental fee along with Florida sales tax of 13% applied to the rental and cleaning fees. Payments can be made by check or via credit card through PayPal. Please contact owner for all details.
This is strictly a non-smoking unit! No pets of any kind (including service animals) are allowed at any time.
