Dolphin View 115 is GREAT!! This was the first time for this condo and we couldn’t have been happier. Everything was “top shelf”. The owners, Scott, Geri and Sky were very accommodating and helpful. We loved the complementary chair service and umbrellas.

Sky, My family and I want to thank you for an amazing stay at Capri 115! We’ve been coming to Capri for 15 years and were excited to see what the new owner had done with the unit. When we walked in, we were blown away. The furnishings are beautiful, and the rug and wall decorations flow perfectly. You can tell a lot of thought went into it. The kitchen is fully stocked with new utensils, pots, pans, and even a top-notch set of knives. My husband and I loved that there were both a coffee pot and a Keurig to match our different coffee preferences. The king-size pillow top bed was a game-changer. It gave the condo a true five-star feel, and after long days playing on the beach, we got an amazing rest each night. My husband also wanted me to mention how excellent the beach service was this year. It felt like we had our own private beach, and the beach attendant was very polite and hardworking, even checking on our umbrella when the wind picked up. Thank you for the wonderful beachfront condo and private beach!

The Dolphin View 115 is a beautiful condo with a beautiful view of the ocean. We have been vacationing in this condo since 1984. We were so happy to see the new owners had made the condo so beautiful. They replaced all the furniture including new beds and mattresses. The beds are so comfortable! They really thought of all the things guests would need during their stay. Our favorite place in this condo is the private deck where we enjoyed beautiful sunsets. We really enjoyed meeting the owners and they asked for suggestions as how they could improve the stay. It was perfect already! The owners also own the beach service and it was awesome. Scott was always there for our needs. He also kept us informed of any weather info we needed. Sky was always helpful when we had questions regarding our stay. We consider the whole family as friends even though we just met. We would highly recommend renting any of their properties.

We had such a wonderful stay at Dolphin View 115! This condo is right on the beach, so we had easy access to the water, which was perfect for our teens. The beach attendants were incredibly friendly and made sure our chairs and umbrellas were set up just right each day. The condo itself was spotless, and the new furnishings really made it feel like a five-star experience. The kitchen was well-stocked, and we enjoyed many meals on the balcony, watching the waves. Sky was so welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed.

I cannot say enough about our stay! What a great place for my family. We had such an amazing and relaxing stay. I’m not new to Destin, I’ve visited multiple times in the last 15 years but this time was hands down the best overall! This location is worth gold, you are within minutes of all the best restaurants, shopping centers, and activities for your family. I have no words to describe the best part of it all, the beach!!! You are within walking steps from the beach and the privacy is by far the best. No elevators, no crowds, no lines, it is truly a hidden gem! I met the owners personally and they truly care and want your family to have a great experience. My kids loved the beach and all the activities. Thank you for the hospitality and for letting us into your paradise! This is our spot moving forward and we hope to call it home again next time we are here.

I booked a last minute, spontaneous trip to Destin for my girlfriend and son. The photos of the unit and the price point were enough to sell me. But above all, I was blown away at the hospitality of the owners. Working in Hilton hotels for several years, it takes a lot to win me over, and they exceeded my expectations by a mile. From the location of the house, to the cleanliness, the attentiveness but never over-bearing by the owners, to the price, to the brand new appliances and furniture, to the gated community that made me feel completely safe, the check in and out process, the beautiful flowers that Sky sent, and the overall vibe that I got from my stay, I was completely mesmerized. My family had never been to the Emerald Coast and now we can't wait to go back! This property will absolutely be my home the next time we come back to Destin, which I am hoping is in the very near future!

Sky, this is Terry. I just wanted to take a moment to commend you on the fantastic job you’ve done managing Unit 115 at Capri by the Gulf. My family has been staying at Capri for the last 15 years, and Unit 115 has always been our favorite. I have to say, it’s better than ever before! When we first started coming, the unit was a bit outdated, and the furniture had seen better days. However, you’ve really stepped up and transformed the space. The new gray and blue couch and loveseat, along with the rug and fixtures, tie everything together beautifully. And the kitchen? You’ve truly outdone yourself! You’ve thought of everything a family could possibly need while on vacation. The matching dishes and dual coffee maker—a coffee pot for me and a Keurig for my husband—were an absolute hit! It was perfect since I enjoy a pot of coffee in the morning while watching dolphins in the emerald waters, and my husband prefers a single cup before heading off to the beach. The beds are fantastic as well. We love the king-size pillow-top bed—it’s beyond comfortable! My sister, who prefers a firmer mattress, found the queen bed perfect, and we noticed the upgraded mattress made for a great place for the kids to sleep. Even though you’ve only been managing the property for a short time, we can see the love and care you’ve put into every detail. One suggestion: we’ve noticed that Unit 116 has a larger deck, which accommodates more people. Since there are six of us in our group, the deck in Unit 115 can feel a bit crowded at times. Would you consider expanding the deck to better suit larger groups? Lastly, I must mention the amazing beach service this year. Last season, the setup felt a bit overcrowded, but this year Chance, D, and Scott made our vacation extra special. They had our beach setups ready every morning, and they even accommodated us by placing our chairs at the bottom of the stairs, which was extremely helpful given my mobility issue. Overall, I would highly recommend
