My Destin Place, Miramar Beach, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

My husband and I stayed here with our golden retriever dog to celebrate our baby-moon! The condo was in perfect shape, clean and comfortable. In perfect location right across from the beach with a great balcony view of the ocean. The owner was easily accessible via text or phone call if we needed anything. We will be back for sure!

Overall we had a fantastic experience staying in Ciboney 4010 and would highly recommend renting this unit. The entire condo unit was well decorated and maintained which provided us a great 4 week winter getaway. The views from the patio were great and the location was a short walk to the beach, and to Pompano Joe's. The owner of this condo was very helpful and accommodating during our stay which we are very grateful!!

We loved our stay here! The room was beautiful, clean, and exceeded our expectations! Mike was a wonderful host; very responsive and helpful! We loved Miramar Beach, such a beautiful area. We are looking forward to coming back!

We had an awesome time at My Destin Place! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It was perfect for our family of 5. The location was fantastic, and we loved the view from the balcony. We definitely enjoyed a 5-star vacation, but I have a few additional comments. Both bathrooms have a tub. I think it would've been nice to have a walk-in shower in the master bath. Additionally, the check-out instructions are quite lengthy. I was expecting to take out the trash, clean out the fridge, start the dishwasher, and strip the beds. However, we were also asked to unload the dishwasher and wash the towels and sheets, time permitting. I felt that was a lot to ask of guests at the end of a vacation. These inconveniences were very minor though. I highly recommend this condo, and we hope to return soon!

The condo is beautiful, decor was so nice. Furniture is up to date, large TV. If you needed anything the owner is quick to response if you have a question. You will not find a nicer person than Mike to rent from! We stayed there 2 different times and both times it was clean and spotless. The view from the balcony was amazing.

Really liked that the condo was not over decorated, very simple! We like the location of the Ciboney and the private beach.

We were very happy with the condo, the location, the bedding, great decorations and loved the view of the gulf! We have already recommended this condo to others and will probably stay here again in the future. Loved the walks and some of the restaurants in the area were terrific.

We were very pleased with our Ciboney 4010 rental. Furnishings were nice and modern, and the two king-size beds were the best beds at a rental I have ever slept on. Nice touches included extra coffee & filters, dishwasher liquid and laundry detergent--plus luxury beach chairs (6!) and umbrellas. Heated pool, lit tennis/pickleball courts and the beach a short walk across the street topped off a great stay! Would highly recommend this rental unit.

All in all this was a great place to stay. The location was excellent and Mike was great to deal with. We had a few questions upon arrival and Mike always answered when we called. We hope to be able to stay here again. The condo was very clean and roomy.

We stayed here for a week and didn’t want to leave. Condo is in perfect location being on the top floor and back from the street which makes it quieter. View of the ocean was perfect. Condo was clean with updated amenities. Host was great too. Highly recommend and we will be back.

My husband and I stayed here at Ciboney 4010 and we absolutely loved it. The unit has a really nice view of the gulf, the master bed was firm and comfortable, both bathrooms were great. The owners have decorated the condo so beautifully and it was very clean. We have stayed in several different condos over the years; but, no other place has provided so many accessories. Beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, detergent, etc. We always bring our own accessories but this time we were able to leave them in the vehicle. The owners were very easy to work with. I would highly recommend staying in Ciboney 4010.

I stayed in this condo for a week with friends and it was the perfect place at a great location! It had all the amenities and an awesome private beach that was never overcrowded. This location was near a lot of Destin’s best entertainment. The host was the most helpful with any of our needs. Highly recommend!

Stayed a week at this beautiful place. Very clean and spacious condo especially when having multiple adults. The beds were comfortable and clean. I also enjoyed having a king size mattress in the guest bedroom. The private beach access was a major perk along with the short walk across the beach. I will definitely be back in the future!!!

I stayed in this great place for a week with friends and family and it wasn't long enough! The best part was its location. It was a short convenient walk to the private beach. It was surrounded by all the best restaurants and stores. The host was wonderful to work with and was very friendly. Would love to stay again!
