We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The house was very clean and decorated very well. Had a very homey feel. Enjoyed drinking our coffee on the balcony and seeing and hearing the ocean. Very short walk to the beach which was quite convenient. We hope to return again very soon!

We had a very good time. The place was clean and very close to the beach.

Once again we had an amazingly wonderful time on the Emerald Coast! Thank you for the wonderful accommodations that were perfect for our family! The condo was exactly as described, very clean and comfortable!

Our stay was fabulous! The condo looked Brand New! Very recently and tastefully remodeled. Great location with lots of things within walking distance. We left some items behind. The management team packed them up and mailed them to me. I would definitely go back there.

My family and I stayed at Ciboney in March for a Spring Break trip. We are a family of four. My husband , myself , and our two daughters ages 15 & 22. We also had our little dog along with us. It was great that we we able to bring her along! Even though dogs are not permitted on the beach, we utilized the complex dog walking area, and took our dog for walks along Scenic Gulf Drive. The condo is in a great location. It's in walking distance to souvenir shops, an ice cream shop, and Pompano Joes , plus the beach access is right across the street. (This is most important to me when taking a beach trip) The condo is also within a short drive to the Winn Dixie grocery store and a CVS pharmacy. The unit is decorated nicely, the kitchen was stocked with all of the essentials, and beds were crisp, clean , and EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE. The unit provided a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, and hand soap/dish soap. I typically pack a starter supply for when we arrive at our destination until we get to the store. Finding these items was a pleasant surprise, and a nice thing to do for guests

The condo was clean, well maintained, and decorated nicely. The kitchen was well equipped with a wide variety of new utensils and dishes. It was one of the nicer kitchens of all the rentals I have stayed in. The bedrooms were comfortably furnished as well as having good quality linens and pillows. The room with the bunk beds is very small and not suitable for tall or large people. The only draw back to this rental is that the entry door is directly across from the elevator. We did not experience very much noise from the elevator but the condo building was not at full capacity during our stay. Overall this was a great rental and I would certainly use it again. This is our 4th time staying at SugarSand and we will be back in July to stay again. Can’t say enough about Matt. He is a great owner and always easy to communicate with. The condo is always very clean and quiet. The location is amazing just a few steps across the street to a private beach access. The beach chair services provided makes it an A+++Thanks and we can’t wait for July.

Matt & Ange were great to work with. Their condo is immaculate & updated. It has all the kitchen essentials you would need. We enjoyed seeing the beach from the balcony & the short walk to the beach set up which is included!

This is a great unit and the location is perfect. You are near a lot of restaurants, coffee shops and the beach is right across the street. It's a nicely updated unit and the owners are super nice and respond right away if you have a question. I plan on staying here again in the future!

Our first visit to Destin and Ciboney 2008 did not disappoint! This is a beautiful fully equiped condo. Matt and Ange thought of everything needed for an extended stay. The large floor plan easily accommodated 4 adults without feeling cramped. Excellent beach access, just a short walk away and the chair service was an added bonus. Not only was the beach/water gorgeous but it was not crowded! Loved that we were close to excellent restaurants and activities. Will definately plan to come and stay again at Sugar Sand!

We stayed at this gorgeous condo for a mother/daughter trip with three adults and four kiddos and had an amazing time! The beach access was perfect since we could walk right across the street and didn't have to load up a car or cart. The condo fit us all perfectly and we enjoyed the beach, parasailing, eating seafood, setting up a movie night and of course wine on the patio while listening to the waves. I certainly hope we can make it back - thanks for everything Matt and Ange!

One of the best vacations I've had in a long time. The place was like new and very clean. The walk to the beach was shorter than I expected. I can't wait to go back! Oh, yeah, the beach was perfect. Not too crowded and you can't beat the Destin white sand and clear water.

This was our third stay at Ciboney 2008. Every stay has been absolutely wonderful!!! We always feel at home is this super clean and well decorated condo. We love, love the location it is nothing but perfect with the short stroll over to the beach and the complimentary beach chair service is always a BONUS!!! We will be back next summer (again in October but sadly Ciboney 2008 is booked up already). Highly recommend

This was my second stay this year and this condo and location gets better with each stay...the proximity to the beach allows for everyone to adjust their own time at the beach..the 5 min walk allows a short visit or staying all day with breaks to refill beverages and coolers....this visit we parasailed through the pompano Joe's beach parasailing , ate at lulu's, visited pompano Joe's beach bar a lot and enjoyed early morning 5 mile walks on the convenient path steps away from the front door.....ange and Matt's attention to sanitation upon our arrival was top notch too....

So many great things to say about your condo! Our home away from home for the week offered so many perks. The location was perfect.....it was a quiet part of the beach that provided 2 chairs and an umbrella set up daily for our entire visit. It is close to restaurants, and activities. We also could enjoy a lovely view from the balcony. Your condo is nicely furnished and was very comfortable for our group of 6. My family with small children stayed last week and it was absolutely wonderful! The condo was very clean and well stocked. It is right by the elevator, you can see the beautiful water from the balcony. Everything is nicely decorated, comfortable beds and a great location! We will be back! Check in was a breeze. This is a charming, clean, really cool place to stay. All the amenities you could want, everything is provided for you. You can view the beach from the balcony, and just a short walk to see the beautiful emerald coast. Also close to many activities, we especially enjoyed the dolphin cruise at Harbor Walk Village. I highly recommend it!!

Just left Sugar Sand after our Spring Break trip !!! We booked this for our son's senior trip spring break and HAD A BLAST. The condo fit our groups size perfectly with places to spread out or all sit together for dinner or drinks perfectly. It was centrally located with just steps away from beach access, easy walk to grab a snack or cup of coffee, eat at pompano joes or rent scooters... the private beach access was my personal favorite. The beach attendant ensured only ciboney residents were in our area and the beach chairs and umbrellas were an added bonus. We will definitely be back in 2022 for red snapper fishing season.

My family of four travels to Florida approximately four times per year. We always use Emerald Coast or VRBO. This condo was the perfect location. From the living room, master bedroom and balcony you can see the water. There is nice green space below. What we loved the most was the very short walk to the PRIVATE beach, the umbrellas and chairs that awaited our arrival each and every day. There is a restaurant on the beach, so if you need a “mom drink” or your kiddos need a snack and you do not want to tear yourself away from your book, they can grab it themselves. The condo itself was up to date, very clean and had everything we needed. It was more spacious than we anticipated. We were content to plant ourselves on the beach with its perfect sand but there are plenty of things to do nearby if that is your desire. The hosts were THE BEST. Totally accessible and more than willing to share their knowledge of the area. FYI the pool area is tucked away from any traffic unlike many of the other condos nearby. Loved our stay and will be back!! Thank you Klein family!!!

We had a great trip to Miramar for our children’s Fall Break! Safe access to beach. Condo was perfect for our family of 4 but could sleep a much larger family. Condo had everything we needed. Super clean and we will definitely be back. Communication with owners was great.

We loved our stay in this great condo. It had everything you need to enjoy your visit. Fully stocked kitchen, steps away from the beach that had 2 chairs and an umbrella waiting for us. We had a great time at this condo. It was clean and comfortable. Matt was very quick to respond with any questions or concerns I had. We stayed the week after Hurricane Sally, but the weather and the beach was perfect! We hope to visit again next year!!

We survived Hurricane Sally while staying in this beautiful condo! The owners were in contact with us the entire time and answered messages very quickly. We felt safe from possible flooding on the second floor and the windows and door were solid against the high winds. There were plenty of board games and the condo itself is just gorgeous. We were able to watch the waves from the balcony and it was quite a site! When the storm cleared, the beach was just a short walk and it is breathtaking. Sugar Sand did not disappoint! I would highly recommend this place!! We hope to return soon when the weather is better.

My family and I needed a beach vacay. We stayed at Property ID 6293 and are glad we did! The condo was beautiful, had everything we needed, clean, great location, and comfortable. My children brought friends and we fit perfectly. The owners were easy to work with and responded quickly with any questions I had. If you are thinking about booking this condo, just do it. You won't regret it.

Sugar sand is a fabulous gem in the SanDestin/Mirimar area. It is beautifully decorated with contemporary art. The owners have updated the entire condo. The kitchen is was fully stocked and there were plenty of linens. The beds were super comfortable and the bedrooms provided plenty of space for our family. We loved the hand sanitizer and thoughtful gestures to ensure the condo is properly sanitized. Matt and Ange were a pleasure to work with and always accessible with questions. We highly recommend sugar sand and look forward to returning again.

This condo is amazing! Matt and Ange were great from day one with communication and follow up. The decor was beautiful and the newly renovated condo was very “home-like”.Location, Location, Location.......the location was amazing!!!!! We also loved the private beach with beach chairs. We really appreciated the late checkout since our flight didn’t leave till in the evening. We will be back for sure, hoping soonish!!!!

Beautifully appointed condominium with a fully stocked kitchen to serve the whole family. We enjoyed staying in a smaller complex because there was no long wait for the elevator and carts were provided to haul everything to the unit from the parking lot. The ice cream shop next door was a plus and we appreciated the beach service that was set-up each day. However, I would like to make a note that the beach access is not handicap friendly as there are two sets of stairs. Not that big of a deal for us, but it might matter to someone else so I wanted to mention it. Would definitely book here again.

The condo is beautiful. Ange, you did a great job of remodeling and I loved all of your moms paintings. Getting to the beach was easy and we felt safe letting the kids walk over by themselves. In this time of Covid, we felt safe at the beach with the umbrellas over 6 feet apart. Jack loved the ice cream shop next-door and visited it quite often. We had a great time! Thank you

I must say this is an amazing location and a beautiful condo. You are steps away from the clear water and beautiful white sandy beach. The moment you walk out of your room you can smell the ocean and your just a short walk from having your toes In the sand. You can tell the condo has been completely renovated and you will feel very at home while staying here. The kitchen has all the pots and pans you’ll ever need to make dinner for your family, while staying we made lasagne one night and chicken tacos the next. We enjoyed breakfast ever morning before going to the beach. The shower in the master bath is spacious enough for two and the kids had their own full bathroom in the hall. The double bunks were perfect for the little fellows and they could get ready for bed every night and watch the tv in there room while they fell asleep. The laundry room has tons of space and the washer and dryer are nice and updated front loaders. There is a big spacious balcony to relax on after the hustle and bustle of each day and you can see the ocean from there as well. The entire time we were there I never heard the neighbors above or next to us. We have been to all the major beaches in Florida both traveling and also living close to Clearwater for a few years, I can honestly say this part of Destin is one of the safest and cleanest place you can stay. There are restaurants you can walk to and a CVS right around the corner. The cutest little Ice cream shop right next store. The kids parasailed one day while we sat in the complimentary beach chairs with an Umbrella. There is a jet ski rental and parasailing stand right next to the private beach we sat in so we didn’t have to leave to have fun. As far as cleanliness goes I have to give the condo a 10 out of 10 we felt complete safe while staying in the room you can tell they do a great job cleaning after each guest leaves. We will absolutely come back and stay here again maybe even this year!!!

Matt and Ange did an amazing job on their remodel. It was like staying in a luxury condo. Beautifully decorated, fully stocked kitchen, and it was literally steps away from the beach. Our family throughly enjoyed our time here. The owners are very kind, give quick communication, and makes sure there are no questions unanswered even ones you may not have thought of yet. Their gift bag was incredibly thoughtful and a nice extra touch. Stay here and you will have plans to rebook before your current stay ends.

We loved our stay! The condo is perfect, it has everything you need to enjoy your stay plus extra! Easy beach access, several activities in walking distance or a short drive. This condo was beautifully updated and a great location. We had a quick 2 minute walk to the beach each morning that had two chairs and an umbrella waiting for us. We enjoyed being able to walk to Pompano Joe's a favorite place of mine in Destin. One of my boyfriend's favorite parts of the trip was the balcony that provided a gorgeous view of the sunset rising over the ocean each morning. We can't wait to come back and enjoy it again!

The location couldn't have been more perfect--just between Destin and Miramar Beach, a walk away from great coffee/breakfast/dinner places, right across the street from the beach with private beach access (and a view of it from the porch for morning coffee), not to mention the gorgeous decor in every room of the house. Friends went with us and just got back from staying at Sugar Sand! The condo was beautiful and comfortable with so many thoughtful extras in this condo. Right next to the elevator. We are enjoying our stay at Sugar Sand! The unit is exactly as pictured, super clean and comfortable. We have quite a few requirements for our rental unit and this one met every single need. Love having king beds, walk-in shower and elevator. View of water from deck is great and close proximity to the beach is a bonus. Matt and Ange are great to work with. This condo is terrific!

Back home after spending 2 months at Sugar Sand! Loved our time there. So comfortable with beautiful decor, great furniture and a view of the emerald water! Would definitely rent again. Matt and Ange are awesome owners and can be easily reached. Thanks for sharing your condo with us!

Our family loved Ciboney 2008, the condo was very nice and clean and updated. Matt went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and took very good care of us. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. The beach access was close and the beach was really nice and not to crowded.

My family and I had an amazing time at Sugar Sand. The condo was very clean and looked just like the pictures. We had everything we needed in the condo and amazing access to the beach. The location of is perfect with easy access to everything. I would highly recommend staying here and we will be back soon!

Just returned from a wonderful trip to Destin. We stayed at Sugar Sand. We were blown away when we opened the door and saw how beautiful the newly remodeled condo was. Everything was perfect. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. Beds very comfortable with nice linens. All the decor and the artwork was beautiful. We loved sitting on the balcony and looking at the ocean. It is only a few seconds down to the beach. Ange was easy to work with when booking. We will definitely rebook for next year. Thanks again, Colleen and family

I took my family to the beach for my wife's birthday and fall break. The condo was amazing! They had just completed a renovation and looked brand new! We had views of the ocean from the balcony and it was a super quick walk to the beach. Matt was very accessible and made sure we had everything we needed while we were there. I would recommend this unit to anybody interested. My family and I will definitely be back to visit in the future!

My husband and my daughter had the chance to take an extended weekend and we chose this unit. Ange and Matt, fantastic job on the condo and be sure and tell your mother we loved the artwork. Best decision. Condo was clean with extra steps to make us feel at home. Great view of the beach from patio. Short walk to the beach was perfect. Can’t wait to book here again.
