We have stayed in these condos in past but not in this particular unit. We love this area, it’s so convenient to everything. This unit was perfect for our stay. It’s lower level which is nice, not too many stairs. The pool is spacious and the walk to the beach super close. The unit having beach chair set up was so nice and easy to use. We just told them which unit and each day we were there they were set up for us when we went down. It wasn’t super crowded for this time of year either. The balcony furniture was nice, we enjoyed meals outside during the day. All the amenities in the unit were top notch. It was a great vacay and we will definitely look to stay here again!
The condo was clean, beds were comfortable and condo had a gorgeous view! Owners were super nice and easy to talk to. I would definitely stay here again.
We loved this property! The size of the property was great and meant the pool and beach were never crowded. The location was also excellent.
Lisa’s home was very clean and looked exactly as described! (I am picky about cleanliness). Kitchen had everything we needed for when we chose to stay in to cook. The dining table on the balcony was perfect for morning coffee and dinners we cooked at the Crescent’s grills downstairs.
We found the condo to be very clean and nicely decorated! Loved being on a lower floor! Enjoyed the pool and workout facility! You can’t beat the location!! Highly recommend!

Crescent 109 and the Owners are both amazing. Everything from the welcome packet through arrival was easy, flawless, and we were unloaded from our vehicle and at the pool / beach in a half hour. Crescent 109 is one level up (first condo level) and there are only four condo levels. Crescent 109 is close to the elevator and stair. Elevator is usually not busy and if it is, the stair is right there.
Crescent as a property has such easy access to the beach AND it is easy access to grocery and restaurants without getting out into a bunch of traffic. The beach hut (La Dolce Vita) for umbrellas, chairs, paddle boards, etc is just off the Crescent entrance to the beach (some places it can be a hike). Parker and the team with La Dolce Vita do a great job. The pool is great at Crescent, big with several options and shade if you prefer. I cannot comment on the workout facility...HA! I guarantee Uber works there as that was my primary mode of transportation. If you do not want to wait in line, wait for an elevator, or spend the trip in a car, Crescent 109 is for you!
The view at Crescent 109 was great! All aspects of the Crescent 109 listing delivered as promised and above. Crescent 109 was CLEAN! Everything in Crescent 109 worked as expected with no visible wear and tear. I do like to cook and the kitchen was the most well appointed condo kitchen in my experience. The furniture was many grades above typical condo furniture and very comfortable. Surf Hut is next door if you require a beverage while at the beach and their food is good as well.
Now...what impressed me the most. I am a foodie and I do imbibe and enjoy most all food and any and all wine. The Crescent 109 owner went to great effort to list and review restaurants in the area in the welcome packet, we actually found one we had not visited in our many trips to the area and planned to go there night one. There is a binder in the condo with page protectors stuffed with up to date menus and information on the area. We have been to the area and building several times and had never visited the owner's first recommendation. That restaurant is named Camille's and we ended up eating there three times and even getting dinner to go on one occasion! The Crescent 109 owner goes to great effort to set you up for a perfect trip to Miramar.
We went fishing at Grayton Beach and that was an easy drive, especially in the morning.
We WILL visit Crescent 109 again!
Bryan and Lisa's Unit #109 at the Crescent not only met our expectations, but exceeded them! As this was our first trip to the area, we couldn't have been happier. Unit #109 is a very modern, spacious and beautifully decorated unit. It is conveniently located right off of the elevators (which was so great when handling luggage and/or groceries ) and is easy access to the beach, i.e. just a short walk down a corridor and through a gate to the beach. Additionally, both Bryan and Lisa were ALWAYS very prompt with any of our inquiries and/or concerns. I am definitely adding this unit to my list of favorites with hopes of being able to rent it again in the future! Thanks Bryan and Lisa for everything!
Thanks for allowing us to use your wonderful condo! The condo has all the amenities and more for my family of three and we especially loved the view and great patio! We loved the pool and the complex is wonderfully maintained, provides a great view and has close and easy access to the beach. The rental process was straightforward and allowed easy access the day of our arrival. Thank you and we will stay here again!!
