The condo was perfect! The location was perfect! Everything just perfect! And the contact between Ginny and myself was as if we were old friends! She stayed in touch, even checking on us during our drive and arrival. (the weather was a bit rough on our way there). Will definitely stay again and would recommend over and over again.

Easy access to beach. Nice size pool, clean. Beach service was included in rental. Several shops and restaurants nearby. Would definitely go back!

We enjoyed our stay at the Crescent, and Ginny was outstanding in communication of all details regarding our stay. The beach chairs and umbrella are a nice addition, and the pool is fabulous. We really liked the layout of the balcony and closeness of gated parking and pool and beach accesses. Having Winn Dixie so close for grocery runs and walking next door to the Surf Hut was convenient and allowed us to avoid traffic. The landscaping around the property not only maintains privacy but keeps the grounds especially quiet. Highly recommend this property! (The only reason for the 4 star cleanliness rating was due to the balcony needing a good sweeping).

Our time in Miramar Beach and Crescent #116 was wonderful! We had everything we could ask for with the pools, hot tub and direct access to the beach. Our condo was perfect for our family of 4. 2 of my sisters and their families also rented condos there and we were all thrilled with our units. We felt safe and secure. It is the perfect location, close to food, shopping and activities. The beach and pools were never too crowded which was good! Ginny was great and so responsive if needed! Thanks for everything!!

Loved the location! Pool and beach steps from the room. Ocean a little cool still and the main pool is unheated, but they did have a smaller heated pool and hot tub. The beach was great and chairs and an umbrella were provided. The owner was great to work with and we enjoyed our stay! The balcony was big and had a great view! We took a dolphin tour with screaming eagle boat tours. That was incredible-lots of dolphins including babies just a few yards from the boat. Favorite restaurants were boshamps and pompano joe’s.
