You will arrive within minutes of crossing the Mid-Bay Bridge. Stylishly decorated with variegated wood-style floors and soft coastal gray walls, your home perfectly captures the ambiance of the Emerald Coast. The first floor has two guest bedrooms and a full bathroom with a tub/shower. The first guest bedroom has a Full bed with an HDTV and access to the rear patio. The second guest bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed with a desk/workspace and access to the rear patio. This floor also has a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.

The second floor of this lovely townhome features a spacious living area, kitchen, ½ bathroom, and primary king bedroom with a huge walk-in closet. The living space is beautifully decorated in neutral coastal tones with a splash of color inspired by the gulf, making you feel like you have arrived at the beach! Open the living room doors to the spacious balcony overlooking the pool for a cozy place to relax and enjoy morning coffee or a sunset cocktail.

There is plenty of soft, comfortable seating for everyone to kick back while watching HDTV and sharing time together. The living room flows into the fully stocked kitchen equipped with everything you need to whip up your favorite feast. Just down the hall, you will find the large master suite featuring a plush king bed, spacious walk-in closet, and full private bathroom with dual vanity. This level also includes a powder bath down the hall.

Furnished with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, 4-burner cooktop, refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, garbage disposal, convection toaster oven, drip (5 and 14 cup) and Keurig coffee makers, blender, hand mixer, and all the kitchen/cooking tools, dishware, plasticware, and utensils you will need. 4 chair back stools line the kitchen counter with a dining table for 6 adjacent.

In the living room cabinet, you’ll find numerous family and adult games and a library of novels to fill any downtime. The garage is stocked with beach and play gear including beach chairs (4), folding armchairs (2), a beach tent, a snorkel set, skim board, boogie boards (2), cornhole, noodles, football/soccer balls, and beach toys.

• Enjoy the day, sand free, at one of the panhandle’s largest water parks, Big Kahunas, just 1.5 miles away

• Just east 2.5 miles on Scenic Gulf Drive is Dolphin Reef, an amazing snorkeling reef about 685 feet off the beach at the Miramar Beach Public Access. This reef is home to a multitude of sea life.
