Lagoon Pool View | 10 Min Walk to Beach , Destin, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

Emerald Heaven's Sailfish has three full floors of comfortable living space (2600 sq/ft) with the master bedroom and living area requiring no stairs on the first floor. The Barracuda public beach access point is only a 10 minute walk from the house and there is also a seasonal shuttle with complimentary service to and from the beach during peak season.  The house is also directly adjacent to the largest zero entry lagoon style pool in Crystal Beach with gorgeous views of the pool available from the two balconies.

The main floor offers a recently remodeled, fully equipped kitchen. It features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, an eat-at breakfast bar and a large dining room table that accommodates eight people. This floor also offers a master suite with a king-size bed and a full bathroom with dual vanity mirrors and walk in shower. There is also an additional half bath and living room, with a flat screen TV, on the first floor.

Then, walking up the first flight of stairs, guests will be welcomed to a second living room that has a comfortable sitting area, flat screen TV, and mini-bar which includes a fridge, sink, and microwave. This level also has access to a private balcony overlooking the pool. This floor has the 2nd guest room with a king size bed and 3rd guest room with a queen size bed.  There is a full-size bathroom and a washer and dryer on this floor.

Continuing up the stairs on the third floor are three separate bedrooms with a king bed in one room, one twin over twin bunk room in the 2nd, and two twin over twin bunk beds in the 3rd room. This floor also provides access to a second private balcony overlooking the pool. In addition to these bedrooms, there is a full-sized bathroom.

PARKING
3 vehicles max. You can fit up to 3 cars side by side in front of the house OR 2 side by side and 1 across. The City of Destin will tow any cars blocking sidewalks. NO street parking allowed. No trailers, RV’s, Golf Carts, Motorcycles, jets skis, scooters (rental or owned) and other recreational vehicles are not permitted to park in the neighborhood.

AMENITIES PROVIDED
We provide a starter set of kitchen amenities for you to get settled in until you go grocery shopping. Dish detergent, dishwashing pods, sponge, trash liners, etc are provided to cover your first night. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the guest. 

POOL 
The lagoon pool is the largest in Crystal Beach and the zero-entry access is great for little ones to splash. The waterfall rock features, spacious lounging areas and outdoor dining tables are great for relaxing. The house is directly across the street from the pool for convenient access and gorgeous views of the pool from the 2 balconies.


Pool Heating Schedule:
Spring Break: March 1, 2022 - April 23, 2022.
Thanksgiving: November 20, 2022 - November 26th, 2022
Christmas: December 19th, 2021-January 2nd, 2022

BEACH
The public beach access point is a short 10 minute walk (800 meters) away. There is also a complimentary beach shuttle that runs during Spring Break (early March through late April), and then again from Memorial Day through October.

TRASH
Collection is Tuesday and Friday early morning. The 2 trash bins must be pulled out onto the street the night before and brought back to the front of the driveway once emptied.
