Cancellation Policy:
One hundred percent (100.00 %) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00 %) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

The house was nice and well equipped with everything we needed. Communication was always quick and easy, even though there was not much communication to be had as it was all laid out for us before we arrived. Prior to our stay, the beach wagon had been taken from the property. Grace immediately ordered another one which was available for us within the hour. Although super close to the beach, the shuttle was very helpful, quick, and easy. I definitely recommend this property !

We loved the Crystal Canary! We have 5 kids ranging in age from 4-17 and this house was plenty spacious for us. The younger ones adored the bunk room. One pleasant surprise was the views from most windows were full of greenery and very private, even being within a community of many houses. The pool is just steps away and was amazing. All pool towels, beach chairs, umbrellas were included which was a huge plus given the distance we were traveling from! Grace was so sweet, easy to work with and responded quickly. She even has a guidebook with answers to so many questions about the property. The easiest rental experience we have had by far. We opted to drive to the beaches and Henderson Beach State Park was our favorite, just $5 with lots of parking and fewer crowds. We had the best time and definitely recommend Grace's place!

My party was a party of 10. 4 moms & 6 kids- Everyone slept comfortably.
This house was worth every penny & exceeded my expectation! Very clean & well equipped for all needs: kitchen, bedding, bathroom, & there is everything you need for the beach (umbrellas, ice chest, chairs, towels.)
The area is very convenient short drive/walk to eateries, grocery stores, etc.
All instructions were thoroughly provided in the welcoming manual so you wouldn’t even need to message Grace.
I would highly recommend this beach house & I will def be back with my family sooner then later! Thank you so much for providing this beautiful space.

Nice rental. Lots of extras. Close to pool and walking distance to beach (about 6 blocks). We had a family group of 10 and found sleeping arrangements to work well. Grace responded immediately to any questions we had.

The house was plenty big enough for 6 adults, 2 teens, and 2 kids. Grace provided everything we needed, and was always available for questions. Kitchen with ample supplies to cook family meals, plenty of beach supplies, towels, etc. The pool at the complex was large and well suited for both the little kids and the teens!

It's the perfect location and your host is always there when you need her. Even for little stuff. We are already talking about another trip before the summer is over. This was all new to because I never booked an Airbnb before but Grace helped me the whole way and I thank her for that. If I ever see grace house available I'm booking with her. She's the sweetest lady that you could ever talk too. The fuller family thanks you so so much for letting us stay in your house.

Place just as described. Close walk to beach or Destin Commons. Pool was awesome and had plenty of seating for everyone. Highly recommend!

The gated community was nice and felt safe. The pool is awesome and refreshing after a long day. The house location is minutes away from the beach and boardwalk. Book this house you won’t regret it!

Welcome to The Crystal Canary
Our 2 story home has an open living/dining space along with a chef-caliber kitchen, featuring everything you'll need to whip up a pancake breakfast or a tasty family dinner! Downstairs primary suite houses a King size bed with primary bath that includes a double vanity, walk-in shower and a separate tub. Upstairs, you'll find a cozy sitting area that leads out onto the covered balcony. This balcony is also connected to the Guest room with Queen bed. Down the hall, there is a kid's bunk room with 4 custom built twin beds, a shared bathroom with combo tub/shower and double vanity, and an upstairs Primary suite with King bed and ensuite bath. A full size washer/dryer for your convenience makes this your perfect home away from home!
Every bedroom (except twin bunk room) and common area has a flatscreen TV with Roku. Just bring your own login and enjoy!
Our home is child friendly with available pack n' play (x2), booster/high chair, outlet covers, and children's dinnerware. We also provide beach chairs (x6), beach umbrellas, a hard rolling cooler, a beach wagon, beach blankets and towels. Please just remember to bring these items back for the next guest!

Please note that there are parking restrictions within the Villages of Crystal Beach. There are two parking spaces available in the driveway of the home with 1 additional vehicle allowed in the overflow lot. Trailers, RV's, boats, golf carts, and motorcycles are not allowed within the community gates; alternate parking arrangements will need to be made for these items. NO street parking!
Right across Highway 98 is Destin Commons, a pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where kids can play in the interactive water fountains or the large outdoor playground. There is something for everyone!
Locked owner's closets located in kitchen and upstairs hallway. Beach equipment located in outdoor storage deck box.
For your safety, there are 2 video cameras OUTSIDE the property that are recording at all times. Because there are some full time residents living in the area, we ask that this home is not used for parties.
We are available via your booking platform from 8am-8pm.
