Sandy at the Beach, Destin, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

Sandy at the Beach is a newly renovated three bedroom, three bathroom, two story property with a private pool. It can accommodate 11 people including bunk beds, sleeper sofa in the living room and a rollaway bed.  We also stock a new pack and play.
The first floor bedroom has new bunk beds with adjoining bathroom and walk in shower.  The bunk beds are designed to sleep children and will not accommodate adults, especially on the top bunks. The second floor has two seperated bedrooms , both with king size beds and two full size bathrooms.  The master bathroom has updated custom tile shower.

Enjoy your sunny days at the Shore at Crystal Beach public beach access, just a 4 minute walk, or in your private pool with wrap around deck while enjoying the grill and lounge furniture.
The house is equipped with Roku TV and free Netflix. You are welcome to bring a fire stick to enjoy other streaming channels or local news.
The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining table seats eight, plus a breakfast bar with seating for six.

Pets (Dogs only) are allowed with the following stipulations;
$300 per pet fee, with a weight limit of 50 pounds.  No more than two pets. Must be housebroken, and Crated when left for the day.

we do not rent to vacationing persons under 25, unless accompanied by parents.

There is free parking.  Two spaces in the back driveway, and two street side spaces at the front of the home. 
We provide starter supplies for our guests, consisting of paper towel, toilet paper, trash bags and dishwasher pods. Shampoo,conditioner and body wash are  provided as well.

We accept Paypal, Cash App or personal check.  $500 refundable damage deposit is accepted at the time of booking to hold the reservation, with the balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
