Perfect location for the whole family!! Kids loved the pool for fun splashing around anytime right in the backyard & adults loved the pool area as a private backyard oasis! Grillin’ & Chillin’ What a charming beach house with separate carriage house with plenty of space and even hidden twin beds for the kids! Lots of space together or separate. We loved strolling to the beach at anytime or walking to the shopping mall & restaurants close by. I can’t wait to come back~ looking at scheduling as soon as we can! Thank you!!

Beachy Keen is one of our all time favorite homes to stay in while visiting Destin. It has the little quaint charm about it but it's in the heart of the city. Literally walked everywhere. Dining, shopping, movies... you are around it all and only 2 blocks to the beach. Can't wait for our next trip!

Sleeps 14 ~ Perfect for all-day family gatherings grilling and splashing around in your private paradise! This spacious cottage house and guest carriage house are just enough room to have the whole family enjoy quality time together or have your quiet sanctuary to relax in. The main house has 3 spacious bedrooms (1 King bedroom, 1 queen bedroom, bunk room with 2 bunks = 2 twin over 2 full) and 2 full baths. The unique guest carriage house has a large open upstairs bedroom/living area with a King bed, a separate area with 2 twin beds, a kitchenette, a full bath, and a large balcony overlooking the amazing pool.
The location can’t be beat! It is just 2 blocks to the beach and literally one block to a ton of shopping, dining, and entertainment venues. This vacation paradise is located in the popular Destin, Florida neighborhood of Crystal Beach. Perfectly named after the crystal-clear waters of the beautiful Emerald Coast Beach! Whether you take a short stroll, bike ride, or hop on a golf cart for a fun ride to the beach, it’s always one of the happiest memories you & your family will ever have. Fun in the Sun all day long!
This property is pet friendly with an additional fee. Dogs only~ Breed must be approved by the manager. Two dog limit.
Parking for 4 max - 3 parking in driveway & 1 small vehicle parking in the garage. Golf cart counts as a vehicle parking spot (no parking on the street or in the grass at any time)
