These fabulous homes have updated furnishings and a total of 8 bedrooms and 6 full baths, with 2 king size beds, 2 queen size beds, 2 full size beds, 10 twin size beds, and 2 queen sleeper sofas, this home can accommodate up to 26 guests comfortably! These homes boast spacious bedrooms, TWO kitchens, two dining room tables seating 8 each, two sets of washer/dryers, stunning porch on both levels, and a large fenced-in backyard with a NEW extended deck and PRIVATE�pool. Hop on the new 6-seater golf cart and head to the beach. Closest beach access: The Shore at Crystal Beach can be found a few yards away. You can't beat the convenience and amenities of these lovely homes!
These two homes are right next to each other, perfect for family gatherings, reunions, or large events! Both homes were built in 2003 and each has a bedroom on the first floor - perfect for those guests who are unable to climb stairs - with additional bedrooms on the second floor. Possibilities are endless! Up to 4 cars can fit in the driveway. Close to 4,000 SQFT of space, your whole group will have plenty of space to sprawl out and enjoy the lazy days of luxury at the beach!

Snowbird Season runs November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.

Crystal Beach is a terrific residential area, yet close to restaurants and activities in Destin. Convenient to restaurants such as the award-winning 790 Inn on the Gulf, or Sarah K's Gourmet, get your fro-yo on at U-Twirl Frozen Yogurt or learn how to ride the waves at All-A Board Surf School.
Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest!� Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.
If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. �Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
