We absolutely loved this property. The new pool and outdoor area was the perfect set-up. We enjoyed eating our meals outside on the covered deck and enjoying our morning coffee on the comfortable front porch furniture. The neighborhood was super nice and a convenient walk or golf cart ride to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and we also appreciated being able to use the extra beach towels, chairs, and toys. We will be recommending this property to family and friends and hope to be back soon. The property management team was exceptional and quick to respond to questions and needs.

The Beach Oasis home is a vacation stay for the ages. We fell in love with the property in 2021, when we stayed in Destin for a summer vacation. The house was spacious. Wide open tv area and dining room, with a huge kitchen. All modern appliances. The home also included a very spacious front porch area and back patio. For a famiy of five, there was room to spare. We've vacationed in Destin every year since 2011 (except for 2020 due to the pandemic), and felt we had finally found our go-to vacation home.
Then we stayed for Spring Break 2022. I didnt think it was posibble, but we fell more in love the property. There were MAJOR upgrades to the property. The owners installed a pool in the backyard, with a contemporary decorative design for the back patio area. The upgrades also included brand new patio furniture for the front porch and a new patio dining table set was installed on the back patio. We enjoyed family breakfasts on the back patio. Continuing to take it to another level the pool was heated. There is also a firepit in the backyard. The home is a gem. We are already looking at dates to come back later this year, and for Spring Break 2023.
The thing that made the whole stay so magical was the service provided by Will and Hector of Frangista Beach Properties. They provided wonderful, prompt service. Arrival was smooth. Will provided his cell number in case we needed anything. But we didn't need anything. everything was wonderful from arrivall to checkout. If you want to treat your family to a wonderful getaway to Destin, you must stay in this house for your next vacation!
