We loved the Beachin' beach house! It was in a great location, short walk to the beach. The house was great, loved the pool and hot tub. The outdoor ammenities were awesome! Plenty of room in the house for everyone. Overall, a great experience!

Our family of 12 had a great stay! The house was beautiful with plenty of space and was equipped with everything we needed! The shed on the side contained all you would need to head to the beach including beach wagon, umbrellas with sand stakes, boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs and more! The pool area is great and was enjoyed by my grandchildren morning and night! The house is in a great location with a very short walk to the beach. I had a great rental experience with Frangista Beach Properties. Great communication and smooth process from start to finish. Highly recommend!

We had a celebration of life party for my Mom who passed in August2021! She had rented a beach house for her 80 th birthday and she wanted the family to gather at the beach again! She and my Dad had lived in Niceville at Bluewater Bay for 25 years. The house was perfect! We had ages from 4 to 72. Lots of teenage girls loved the pool and the beach. The house was extremely well equipped from top to bottom! The many bathrooms were great with the 20 we had staying in the house! I would highly recommend this rental!

This 6 bedroom plus additional loft, 7.5 bath Crystal Beach masterpiece is the perfect place to relax and create an unforgettable family vacation! Beachin' is the home you've been looking for! This is truly a unique showplace, close to the sugar white beaches of Destin (just a short 4-minute walk to the beach). This home features 3 stories, nearly 4,000 sq. ft. of exceptional living space, large balconies and a spacious, private fenced-in backyard with a 26x15 heated pool and 8x8 spal! Parking for 6 cars, which is not an easy find when it comes to beachside living! Just a half mile to Destin Commons, Publix, Whole Foods, movies, restaurants, and more!
Beachin' features 4 king master suites with private en-suite baths,1 queen suite, 1 full-over-full bunk room with private en-suite bath and one full-over-full and twin-over-twin bunk room integrated with an interactive game room (foosball table plus video game console) and bathroom. Relax in one of three living rooms. The palm-tree-lined, salt water, heatable pool is one of the largest in Crystal Beach. A pergola and outdoor dining table, perfect for dining under the stars, complement the pool area, along with a covered gas grill. Plenty of luxurious seating and lounge chairs out back for everyone in your group, along with high-speed Internet and Smart TVs for your viewing enjoyment!
As you enter the front door, you will be greeted by 10-ft ceilings, shiplap walls, and comfortable seating. Enjoy watching movies on the 65' 1080p Smart TV in the living room, or one of the additional 8 Smart TVs throughout the home. A grand gourmet kitchen and dining room will accommodate your entire family and friends The open modern kitchen features stainless appliances, a large gas cooktop, as well as a large granite island with bar stools for additional dining space. There is a built-in ice maker under the counter for those beach coolers. Conveniently, there is 1 king master suite on the first floor.
After a day at the beach, you can head out through the French doors to relax and swim in the oversized salt water pool which can be heated (for an additional fee), featuring fiber optic lighting with various color modes. There is an outdoor shower available to rinse off any sand before entering the pool.
The 2nd floor features 1 queen suite and 2 master king suites with private bathrooms, complete with tiled showers and seamless glass doors. French doors lead to the expansive covered porches with comfortable seating for your morning coffee or sunset cocktails. Enjoy the 2nd floor living room with Smart TV and wet bar with sink and mini fridge. This floor also features a large laundry room.
The 3rd floor is devoted to the kids/young adults, and features bunk bedroom w/ 4 full beds, bunk room with 2 twins and 2 full beds and 1 king bedroom, all complete with private baths and Smart TVs in addition to private 3rd floor deck. There is also a living room/game room with Smart tv, foosball table and a brand new 2 player arcade system with stools!
Pool heating may be added for $50 per day plus tax, and must be purchased for entire length of stay. THE SPA IS *NOT* A HOT TUB and will not reach hot tub temperatures. Pool must be heated for Spa to be heated.
4 bicycles, 6 chairs, 2 coolers, and a beach wagon are all provided for guest use.
Weddings and receptions are not allowed at this property.
