There is no smoking inside of the property. Guests may bring 1 well behaved dog that is < 75 lbs for a 1 time pet fee of $150. Please inquire if you have more than 1 dog. Maximum of 3 cars are allowed in the driveway. No street parking or blocking the sidewalk. Do not park any vehicles, including golf carts and bikes, on the grass lawn. A starter supply of toilet paper and trash bags will be available to cover your first few nights. Guest is responsible for purchasing any additional supplies and all food and beverages.

Patrick and Maria's home was exactly what we were looking for in a vacation home. A close walk to the beach, heated pool and all the necessary items for my 8 month old baby, kept packing light for us! The kitchen was set with everything we needed and the beds were so comfortable. Patrick and Maria responded immediately with any questions or concerns I had throughout our stay. My whole family has already recommended this place for future stays.

Lovely place at Crystal Beach. Very comfortable and incredibly convenient. Our family of 5 had plenty of room and especially were grateful for the large family room and sofa to relax. So clean too! Easy and pleasant sidewalk walk to beach - took 10 mins. with kids and beachcart. Public beach access is great with bathrooms and showers.

We had such a great time at Patrick and Maria’s place. The communication was super easy and quick. The place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. They provided everything we needed plus some! The neighborhood is conveniently located and the beach is just a small walk away. Would absolutely recommend to stay here!! We look forward to coming back and staying at their place again.
