1ST FLOOR:

KITCHEN:This large kitchen is fully stocked for making meals for large families. It has beautiful soft-gray colored cabinetry and granite countertops.  Includes a microwave, dishwasher, stove, 1 refrigerator, 2 toasters, Keurig, coffeepot, crockpot, griddle, blender….as well as all the normal utensils and cookware. Also has a 12-foot, counter-height bar with 8 bar stools. 

DINING ROOM: Located across from the kitchen and bar, this dining room seats 12. Add that to the barstools, and you can fit 20 people all together for a meal!

LIVING ROOM: This very spacious living room is right past the dining room and has 3 
full-sized sofas! Watch your favorite shows on the large 55-inch, HD flat screen.

HALF BATH # 7: This bathroom is located in the hallway to the right when you walk in the house, next to the laundry room.

BEDROOM & BATHROOM #1:  This bedroom is on the first floor to the left when you walk in the front door. It has a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a mounted flat screen tv. It also has its own private bathroom with a stand-up shower.

BEDROOM & BATHROOM #2: Go past the dining and living room, and you’ll find this bedroom to the left. It has a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a mounted flat screen. It has its own private bathroom with a glassed-in shower/tub combination.

BEDROOM & BATHROOM #3: Past bedroom #2, in the back of the house, you have bedroom number three. This extra-spacious bedroom is wheelchair friendly and has a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 night stands, and a mounted flat screen TV. It also has its own private bathroom, with a large stand-up shower. Because of its size, this bedroom has extra floor space for an air mattress or a pack-n-play if needed. The icing on the cake is the French door access to the backyard and pool, just steps away.

LAUNDRY: Located to the right, just inside the front door. 1 washer, 1 dryer. You will find all of the bathroom linens stored here.


2ND FLOOR:


BEDROOM + BATHROOM #4: Up the stairs and to the left is bedroom #4. It has a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a mounted flat screen tv. It has a private bathroom with a glassed-in stand-up shower.

BEDROOM #5: This room is adjacent to bedroom #4, in the back of the house. It doubles as a secondary upstairs living area. It has 1 full-over-full bunk bed, 1 full-sized sofa, 1 loveseat, and a mounted flat screen tv. It has open floor space for air mattresses or a pack-n-play. It also has access to the large backyard balcony that has an outdoor dining set that seats 6.

BEDROOM #6 (BUNK ROOM) This bunk bed room is right at the top of the stairs. It’s furnished with TWO full-over-full bunk beds, a dresser, 1 nightstand, and a mounted flat screen tv. It shares the jack-and-jill bathroom with bedroom #7.

BATH #5: JACK-AND-JILL: This spacious bathroom is shared between the bunk room (#6) and a king suite (#7). It has two sinks and a glassed-in tub/shower combination.

BEDROOM #7: This bedroom is located upstairs in the front right corner of the home. It has a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 night stands, and a mounted flat screen tv.  It shares the jack-and-jill bathroom with the bunk room (#5). It also has access to the large balcony off the front of the home. This bedroom, and bedroom #8, are the two largest if you need to set up a pack-n-play.

BEDROOM #8 & BATHROOM #6: Adjacent to bedroom #7, this bedroom is located upstairs in the front left corner of the home. It has a king-sized bed, dresser, 1 accent chair, 2 night stands, and mounted flat screen tv. It has its own private bathroom, with a glassed-in stand-up shower. It also has access to the front balcony.


BACKYARD: This tropical and luscious, green backyard has a large 12×22 rectangle, salt-water pool. The pool also has a 6×6 tanning shelf that’s about 6 inches deep. It has an umbrella and can also double as a kiddy pool. There’s a covered table that seats 6, plenty of lounge chairs, 2 hammocks, a picnic table, and a gas grill. The pool can be heated in the winter months and has colorful pool lights for night swimming.

•Each Home is Supplied with Premium SoJo Amenities: 1 Roll of Toilet Paper per Bathroom, 1 Roll of Paper Towels, 2 Dish Pods, 1 Liquid Dish Soap, 2 Laundry Pods, 2 Trash Bags per Trash Can in the Bathrooms and Kitchen, 1 Pack of Kitchen Wipes. Each Bathroom Has 1 of Each: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Lotion, Bath Salts, Soap Massage Bar, Makeup Wipe, Hand Soap Bar. 

•Things to bring: Laundry Detergent, Extra Toilet Paper and Paper Towels, Shampoo and Body Wash, Extra Trash Bags, Extra Dishwasher Detergent Pods.

•Weddings & Large Events  are NOT permitted in this home. If this policy is violated, Eviction and forfeiture of any money paid and County and HOA fines may occur.

•Bath Towels and Bath Linens are Provided. Pool/beach towels are not provided.
