Unforeseeable issues arose at our rental, which Harmony addressed promptly. When one issue could not be resolved right away, Harmony moved us to an even nicer property. Courteous and thoughtful communication, combined with effective action. The ratings below relate to the second property.

AMAZING house! Fantastic view! maybe 45 steps down to the beach...but you are ON THE BEACH. fewest steps in any house we've ever stayed in, which was great for my mom. The largest deck space we've ever had before, which was great for the kids! The complementary bikes that came with the house and the chairs and umbrellas that were put out each morning on the beach were an excellent perk! AMAZING views. Cant' say enough good things about this house! very clean! would definitely stay again! One minor criticism, maybe consider trimming the hedges around the back deck - some were starting to impede the view. But really was a top 5 beach rental for us!

Price
This is the second time we have stayed at this beautiful home. The views from the decks are stunning and the house is clean, comfortable and well maintained. I know ownership has changed and I just hope that if renovations are planned that the changes won't affect the beauty and style of this lovely property. We look forward to being able to visit there for many years!

Pavillion Palms 3BR Beauty!!! 3 - 3BR Condos Available!!!
This 3 bedroom 3 full bath is a second floor unit with stairs and an elevator a few steps away. Over 500 sq feet of covered deck space with pool view and glimpses of the ocean with the sounds of the waves! New 8 seated outdoor table and chairs along with new sitting chairs and table.
Very large unit that feels very spacious with the 10 foot ceilings. Fully equipped Kitchen with every appliance you can imagine. 2 bedroom Suites with full baths. 3rd bedroom has bath right outside the door. Freshly painted and newly decorated with new furniture in the Living rm and one of the Suites. Beddings are new also!
Huge Granite counter top bar with lots of stools for entertaining and for the kiddos.

So spacious, with over 1600 sq. ft. The convenience of only 2 flights of stairs and the elevator option right next door. We are on the top floor, so no one above you.
Only 2 floors of condos. The view of the pool is spectacular. Landscaping is so beautiful. I love that the community is small and gated. The short walk across the street to the beach is fantastic. The Emerald water is so relaxing and beautiful.
Area Information
For starters, one of the most popular seafood restaurants on the beach-Pompono Joes is walking distance across the street. Several restaurants, coffee shops within walking distance. Whether you turn right or left out of Pavillion Palms you will be within a couple miles of Groceries, outdoor shopping outlets, shopping everywhere. So convenient to all Destin has to offer. Boat rentals, Golf cart rentals, jet skis, Banana Boat rides all around. Crab island is a must!
If all the above is not enough, then Destin, that is known as "the worlds luckiest fishing village" is just to the west.
