From the moment we booked we were in touch with the property manager. Communication was great. The home exceeded our expectations and was perfect for our multi family vacation. We would definitely book this property again. The pool and outside area were great. Very quiet neighborhood. We rented a golf cart and used that for commutes to the beach, but it’s an easy walk.

It’s difficult these days to find time where our schedules align with our adult children! We scheduled this VRBO on a Friday & arrived Saturday! The check in was super simple. Check out very easy too! The location & house were perfect! We had everything we needed! There was no detail our host didn’t think of! The private pool was amazing & the short walk to the beach made beach days a breeze! The house was big enough for everyone to have their own space to retreat to. The kitchen was perfect for a family where everyone loves to cook. We were close to shopping, restaurants & entertainment! Thanks so much, this week was exactly what our family needed!!

We had a great experience at Sand Dollar. Little things made a big difference…pool towels provided, well equipped kitchen for cooking and storing (like Tupperware and chip clips), blankets for chilly evenings, hand soap in bathrooms, games/movies, pool basketball game that my boys loved, beach set up for 4 right in front! We would definitely recommend this house and would rent here again. Katie responded quickly to questions and was very helpful and friendly. Thank you!

So glad found this house! Great location, very clean, beautifully decorated. All the beds super comfortable. Great outdoor space. House and cottage came with everything we needed. Owner very accommodating, super friendly and quick to respond. Look forward to staying again. Can’t think of one negative thing to say.

This property easily accommodated all of us very comfortably. The location was close to the beach, shopping and restaurants yet provided a quiet neighborhood feeling. This property was very well appointed. We utilized the provided baby equipment and the beach service was quite a relief…no need to walk to the beach at 6am to secure your spot! Communication with the property manager was excellent.

The home was beautiful and very clean when we arrived. The kids loved the outdoor pool with all the extra floats and pool games. It was a treat to have the beach chairs and umbrellas waiting for us every day. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our week at this property. If you have children this is the house for you. Katie provides everything and more you will need for babies/children including beach/pool toys. Kitchen is amazingly stocked and there are special touches throughout to make it feel like home. Beds are very comfortable. Beach chair set up and bikes are provided and the location to the beach is a short walk. Katie is by far the best host I have experienced. Just because I like to know what to bring, the only thing not provided is shower wash/shampoo. This house will not disappoint.

We stayed with 10 adults, 2 kids, 3 toddlers. Everything you could want is there! The kitchen is completely stocked with a starter of paper towels and toilet paper. The pool is big and clean. The beach sets ups are the best amenity and made our trip so much better. The ice maker also was a great convenience! Our stay could not have been better!

It was everything as we had seen and read about it and more. The pool was heated, and the grandkids couldn’t stay away. The openness of the living room and kitchen was perfect for family gatherings and meals. The bedrooms were beautifully laid out with plenty of room. The location was only a short distance from everything including the white sand beaches. It is truly a great place for families to come together and enjoy their vacation.

Our stay at this beautiful home was the perfect place for our family. The house was very clean, had everything you need to cook and having the pool really made it perfect. The bedrooms are very spacious and the beds were so comfortable. I can’t honestly say anything bad about this home. Spacious home, large bedrooms, kitchen extremely well equipped. Nice pool with a very cute guesthouse. Close walk to beach. Katie was so gracious and hospitable, we were even able to bring our small dog. We stayed for 10 days. Great experience!
