This place is fantastic! We loved everything about it. So close to everything and the added golf cart and beach chair set up make it that much better. My family already requested I book again for next year.

The four bedrooms were the perfect accomodations for our family. The golf cart was the MVP of our trip. The location was perfect! It is close to the beach, grocery stores, restaurants, and more. The amenities fo the condo exceeded our expectations and have everything you need to get you started. The hose was exceptional and very responsive.

It was one of the most beautiful places we have every stayed and would love to go back and even spend more time. This would be a number one place to go for Destin.

We absolutely LOVED our experience at Sea-Battical! The house was the perfect size and location for our family. Kristin was super responsive and gave us great recommendations for dining and things to do. The beach was gorgeous and super close. The golf cart was so awesome and made our trips to the beach super easy and fun. We found ourselves cruising up and down the coastline and those were some of the most precious memories.

This place was heaven for our family of five plus grandparents. The house was beautiful, squeaky clean, and staying there was perfect for our crew. It really did feel like this place was their home away from home-not just an investment property. And the A/C was AWESOME!

Kristin's house is amazing and in a perfect location. They were so amenable and the use of the golf cart is a huge bonus. The beds are comfortable and the house is super clean and decorated perfectly. I highly recommend anyone visiting Destin to stay here.

Sea-Battical met all of our expectations.  Kristin's personal touch inside was the cherry on top.  Even the bathroom came with last minute items you may have forgotten.  The drive to the beach, to grab groceries, or even places to see were super convenient.  The reveiws were near perfect when we were booking and we can understand why.  Everything was amazing and huge shout out to Shannon for her help too.  Thank you for everything!

Sea-Battical is the perfect place for a family.  The description was very accurate.  It was nice not to have to haul all the beach stuff down from home.  Having a set place on the beach gave everyone a place to gather.  Highly recomnend,

Hands down the cleanest Air BnB I've ever stayed in.  It was the perfect place for our family vacation,  The location was great.  The golf cart was so much fun!  We can't wait to come back!

This was our families first time in Destin so we wanted to be close to the beaches and have access to a pool with a big enough space that we weren't on top of each other and this place was perfect.  A couple blocks from the gorgeous beaches, access to a golf cart (because no one wants to get in a car after a day at the beach) and close to everything.  The house is beautiful with everything we needed.  The beach set up was our favorite perk, just knowing we had chairs already waiting for us when we got to the beach.  We are already missing Destin and when we do come back, we will be staying here again.

What a wonderful place to enjoy a beach vacation!  This condo will absolutely NOT disappoint you! It had all modern and updated furnishings and and was immaculately clean.  It is a short walk, bike or kart ride to the beach, which the bikes and kart were both offered and made it so convenient to come and go as you please.  We can't wait to come back to stay here again!

The home is beautiful and in a great location.  With four bedrooms and three baths, the home was a perfect size.  The open concept of the kitchen, living area and front deck made each morning and evening relaxing.  As we headed to the beach, the bikes, golf cart and beach service were fantastic perks- not to mention the 4 extra chairs and umbrella provided by Kristin.  We had a cookout one evening, spent time at the pool, and took advantage of the home's location near Destin Commons and Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl.  We definitley plan on coming back!!  If your have the opportunity to stay at this home, we highly recommend that you do so.  You will not be disappointed!!

This place is so close to everything, conveniently located to shopping and restaurants, and very close to beach access.  We really enjoyed our time here, the golf cart made it so easy to make the short trip to the beach with the kids and the bikes were a lot of fun for our teens to explore the areas around the beaches.  The townhome is beautifully decorated and comfortable.  Highly recommend!

This was our first time in Destin and we couldn’t have asked for more. The condo was as described. Perfectly located between beach and shopping. The golf cart and cruiser bikes were a game changer. We’ve already booked for our month’s stay in 2023. 

Perfect layout for our family!  Our two bigger boys loved their own bedrooms/bathroom while we kept our littles upstairs in the bedroom next to ours.  Great layout!   Great complex.  Super close to everything you could need.  We would definitely stay here again!

The location was great, the place was super clean which is impressive for a beach condo.  The golf cart was a great amenity and all the beach stuff plus the included umbrella and chair rental service was clutch!

Our family had a great time.  This was our sixth year coming to Destin and the first time staying here.  This home is beautiful  and super clean.  The beds were very comfortable.  Kristen was an awesome host and took care of any requests right away.  We would definitely stay here again.

So close to the beach and any shopping you could need or want!  The golf cart is amazing and makes getting anywhere a breeze-the hose in garage is extra awesome to rinse off all that extra sand.  Right across from the community pool is a BIG plus!  We will be back!

We had a great vacation at Sea-Battical!  Loved that we had access to the golf cart and it was used many times for groceries and dinner trips. The house was clean and beautifully decorated.  Kristin was a great host.

What a wonderful stay at a great location.  The welcome gift and hospitality was the icing on the cake.  The golf cart made getting to the beach so easy.  Our boys enjoyed the bikes as well.  The home was so beautiful and we loved being very close to the beach.  We would love to come back to this location again soon.

I've been on many vacations and I can truly say this is the first time I haven't been ready to go home.  The golf cart, the bikes and cleaniness are at the top of list!

A few friends and I had a mini writing retreat at Sea-Battical, and from booking to check-out, it was a great experience. The home is beautiful and comfortable and the location can't be beat. The golf cart was a big bonus, the pool was right across the street, and it was a perfect place to call "home" for a week. We were sad to leave and hope to go back again!

We absolutely loved staying at this property! From the first moment we requested information on the property to check out, the owner was wonderful to work with and eager to make our stay enjoyable! The property is immaculate and beautiful! I brought my four daughters and two granddaughters to Destin for a girls trip and we loved being within walking distance from the beautiful beach and close to shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

House was very clean and well taken care of. Was in a great location. Host was very helpful and always quick to respond. Will stay again in the future.

Wonderful place and host, close enough to gulf to enjoy easily but the neighborhood is quiet and relaxing.

The house was beautiful and so perfect for our beach vacation!  It is located so close to many shops, restaurants and the beach.  All of the rooms are decordated nicely and the kitchen and living area were perfect for our two families to gather and cook meals!  The second story patio deck was perfect for relaxing and watching sunrises and sunsets!  We loved using the pool right across from our house.  Having the 6 passenger golf cart was the biggest added bonus for us.   We could take it to dinner, grocery stores and even the beach.  There were also lots of beach items and toys we had access to from this house and that was a big plus for our beach days!  Book this house...you will not regret it!

The house was perfectly clean and very modern.  Easy check-in and great communication.  Fabulous location between shopping and the beach. 

Kristin's house is beautiful and SUPER CLEAN!!!  I highly recommend you to rent from them if it's available.  The details to everything in their home speaks volumes to me.  The communication was excellent with Kristin, she's a great host!!!!!

We had a great time, beautiful place and clean! Close to shops and groceries, the golf cart was a great plus for site seeing and trips back and fourth to the beach. Right across from the pool was an added bonus.

This gorgeous condo is relaxing and well appointed . Not one detail is missed and the location is perfect. The 6 seater golf cart makes getting to the beach, restaurants, bars, and more very easy. The modern beach house feel is comfortable . All beds are VERY comfortable and there is a pool on site. I highly suggest you stay here. We had more than enough space . Plenty of bathrooms with luxury linens and amenities.

Moms and daughters on a graduation trip.  Having private bedrooms and baths made us all leave still loving each other!   Location is perfect and golf cart and bikes completed the overall trip.  Everything was so clean, felt just like a second home.   We will be back to this hidden gem!!
