The spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances is the place for morning coffee, evening laughs, and cooking up the most delicious family meal. High end finishing's in the kitchen include granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and so much more. Step out the French doors to the backyard/deck and find a super private pool with ample lounge chair seating and a fun cabana to serve up poolside refreshment! An outdoor propane grill and a refrigerator for food and beverages are available for your perfect summer BBQ! This house has been tastefully designed to make you feel at home away from home. The coastal rustic vibe can be seen in every room. The first floor has an open design, perfect for family time and entertainment.
"Crystal Waves" includes sleeping accommodations for up to 18 guests. This home features 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms and is the ideal size for small to medium family fun. The first floor features a Master King Suite with private bath and walk-in shower. The main living area also has a queen sleeper sofa for 2 to soak in the breezes from the pool and the sounds of the palm trees will lull you into peaceful sweet dreams.
On the second floor, guests will find another King Suites, all with private bathrooms and a bunk room perfect for the kids with 2 Twin/Full bunks. In the second floor seating area, the sleeper sofa is a queen for 2 additional guests.
We're 100% sure this is the ideal spot for summer getaways to relax and unwind! Sip your wine or fuel up with coffee before the day on the rooftop balcony, where only the best salty breezes are found.
"Crystal Waves" is a short and safe five-minute walk (one block with sidewalks) to the world-famous white sand beaches and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. You will fall in love with the Crystal Beach neighborhood of Destin, known for its white picket fences and upscale cottage-style homes. The area is convenient to an outdoor shopping mall, a movie theater, countless restaurants, and shops, water park, go carts, and several world class golf courses, but still maintains a quiet and family-friendly beach atmosphere. No high-rise condos are allowed in this unique area.
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES:
VayKGear (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house!
BEACH CHAIR SERVICE: Complimentary beach chair setup is provided with Twilight Beach Service from March 1-October 31! You'll receive 2 chairs and 1 umbrella for length of stay!
BIKES: This home comes with 6 brand new cruiser bikes from "Ride It", from March 1-October 31 annually!
Golf Carts- This property INCLUDES a gas golf cart. If you are looking for additional carts, we offer electric street legal golf cart rentals to Beach Reunion guest ONLY and at a substantially lower rate than our competitors in the Destin/Miramar Beach area. By reserving a cart rental through us you won’t have to worry about any of that unwanted dirt or sand getting into your car while trying to enjoy your vacation! We even deliver for free!
POOL HEAT: From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional $75/day or $525/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay.
Sojo Amenities: Beach Reunion is proud to announce our new partnership with Sojo! Each home will now include a starter supply of the following Sojo amenities:
Bathrooms: Message Body Bar, Body Lotion, Body Wash, Shampoo, Conditioner, Hand/Body Bar, and Linen Spray. Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Kitchen Wipes, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
* This property can park 5-6 vehicles pending size, if you have vehicles that cannot fit properly in the driveway of the home, please contact the office.**
* This home rents only Saturday to Saturday during Spring Break and Summer months.
* No College/Student groups allowed. All renters must be 25 and older with the exception of children in families.*
PETS: Small Dogs under 25 lbs. are permitted at this home with a $250 fee per pet.
BEACH ACCESS: The beach access for this property is located at either Barracuda or Pompano Street access, a super short walk or ride on the golf cart just to the east or west of Cobia Street.
