ABOUT THE HOUSE:
You will love the huge backyard, with Southern style wrap-around porch, 3 balconies, Jimmy Buffet grilling & dining deck, and private, heated pool.  The backyard is more spacious than most; and an entertainers dream that gives you a chance to relax outdoors with your family and friends.

Inside the home, the main level has a living area for your guests to enjoy.   It has an open concept living area with game table, flat screen television with streaming, office desk area,  book nook, dining room, and kitchen with center island/breakfast bar.  The back door leads directly to the outdoors for relaxing, swimming and dining.

You will find 5 bedrooms, and three private balconies.  You will have two newly updated master suites.  One master suite boosts a private balcony with a beautiful view of the backyard and pool area. The master has a king bed, flat screen television, balcony and attached updated bathroom suite with granite counters, dual sinks, whirlpool tub & shower. The second master suite has a king bed, en suite and a flat-screen television.  The two other bedrooms have king beds with mini-splits, and the fifth has the bunk beds (4 twin beds), and a flat-screen television...

THE BEACH:
From the house, there are many options to arrive at the sugar white sand and emerald green waters. There are various beach accesses to choose, just one block away, just a short walk to the beach from the house - use the wagon, or rent the golf cart to shuttle beach stuff.  Or, take a short ride to the one of the public beaches with extra parking, showers, bathhouse, restaurant and shaded picnic areas.

THE AREA:
The home is located in the desirable Crystal Beach,  a beach house neighborhood that has the best of both worlds.  It is a quaint beach house community that is very close to many activities such as; shopping, dining, fishing, boating, golfing and etc.. Also, it is the ideal location for walking, biking, or jogging on the paved path along the street to the beach.  

The area is loved for some of the best fishing in the world, Destin is known as the "World's luckiest Fishing Village". In fact, the whole month of October is the Fisherman's Rodeo and Seafood Festival.  There are many activities within minutes of this beach house. When you arrive, you will find the "House book" with information with things to do, dining options and etc.   Many closeby restaurants and shopping available..
