Wow! What a perfectly fantastic Destin beach house. We had an array of family members, a child, teens, young adults, adults and seniors. This home made us feel like we lived here. It was so clean, comfortable, beautiful and well appointed(loved the decor). It was so close to the beach, a 2 minute walk and Jan the owner was so caring and helpful before and during our trip. I could reach out to her at any point if I had a question or needed to know anything about the house. Plus this home is so close to everything Destin has to offer. Sometimes when you go away you want to spend as little time in the rental as possible. This home was not like that. We spent a lot of time here! The pool/hot tub/lanai was AMAZING!!! Truly an outdoor masterpiece! We all spent most of our time(day and night) there. Just beautiful! We loved that there were 2 living spaces and 3 places to eat. The kitchen/laundry area was perfect(we cook and do a lot of laundry). She even had a ton of beach towels for us to use. Which is so helpful when you have to fly to the beach. There were games to play, every room had a tv, pool toys, beach chairs, etc. They thought of everything to make a large family feel right at home at their beach house. Unless we have more people added to our trip to Destin next time, we would definitely stay here again. I also have already recommended the home to friends who are interested in going to Destin. We had many laughs and many memories were made on this trip.

My wife and I were joined by our three adult kids, their spouses and our 7 grandkids (all 9 and under). The house was very spacious and clean. Plenty of living, eating and sleeping space. Location was perfect. Short two minute walk to the beach and a five minute drive to grocery stores, restaurants and gas stations. The area was very safe and clean. The pool was also perfect. Large enough for multiple people with steps and shallow platform for kids to play. Also had an attached jacuzzi. The pool was perfect for young kids and adults. Highly recommend!!! We are planning our next stay.

This house was perfect for our annual family trip. It was plenty spacious for our 8 adults and 5 children (11 and under). It was very well appointed and the host (Jan) was excellent to work with. The backyard pool and spa as well as the location to the beach were ideal. The pool is very large in comparison to others in the area. The house is very well appointed with plenty of kitchen utensils for those who like to cook at home. Though the kitchen chef's knives need to be sharpened. The bar with mini fridge was a bonus. Plenty of meal seating with two dining size tables inside and one outside. We vacation in a home rental every year while varying locations, and this was one of the best homes we ever rented.

I think the key points about this home are that it's super close to the beach with a couple different places to access it easily. I had to talk to Jan on a couple occasions through text and phone call and she was quick, kind, and super helpful. The home is rated for 14 people and that's exactly how many we had (4 families) and the home was more than accommodating. && Finally the pool...it was amazing. We literally never left the beach or pool the whole time we were there!! (Other pools in this area were not near as big or as nice.) 6/5/2024 at 7:24 PM

Spring Getaway
We are a group of 7 adults who regularly travel and stay at rental homes. The group agreed that this home is one of the best we’ve stayed at. The outdoor pool area is well thought out and we spent many hours out there. The layout of the home with 3 masters with en suites on the main level is great for the early risers. The walk to the beach is quick and easy; we went down nightly for sunset walks! Highly recommend, we would definitely stay again.

We just stayed here over Spring Break. We had 2 families and had plenty of room! Could have added another comfortably. The pool/hot tub is huge and just amazing. Lights at night provided a beautiful atmosphere. Jan was very helpful as well. Will be back for sure! Perfection overall for location in Destin, close walk to beach and stunning house! We will be back!

This house and area was perfect for our "hurrication" in the aftermath of Hurricane Ida while we awaited getting our power back at home. It was close enough to the beach to walk, close enough to Camilles to walk to breakfast or dinner, and close to Destin Commons to do shopping anytme. Would highly recommend! The house was cute and big enough for our family and visiting friends to have space. Each bedroom had a tv and great assortment of games in the den. The host was quick with replies and I am sure if we would have had any issues during the week, she would have been on top of it. Thanks again Jan for letting us rent!
