The owner goes out of her way to make sure you have a wonderful vacation. This rental is right on the beach. The kitchen has everything you will need! A perfect townhouse for a family. Lots of space and beds! We didn't have little ones, but I see she supplies pack and play, high chair and strollers. She has many beach chairs and toys as well as the 2 chairs that are set up for you each day. This home is close to shopping and golf. If you decide to rent, you will not be disappointed.

If you are looking for an easy beach vacation and you have kids then this is the perfect place! The convenience of being able to let kids play at the beach without having to lug everything down there was priceless. The deck was perfect for a break from the sand and we ate lunch out there daily. The beds are all extremely comfortable and the home is beyond stocked with any essentials you might need. I’ve stayed at other vacation homes and this by far exceeded my expectations. We hope to come back again!

We needed a place to getaway to gather with family and a few friends on the beach! This townhome had the best location! Close to shopping malls, groceries, etc. But being able to walk right out to the beach was incredible! The beach was clean, spacious and soooo relaxing! We enjoyed cooking all of our meals in the home since it was COVID times and we didn’t want to eat out. Our group of 9 slept comfortably and found plenty of places to spread out. The large deck provided the best place to enjoy meals while watching the waves!

We LOVE this townhouse!! This is the 5th time we have stayed here and it never disappoints. We typically come with some extended family but this time is was just my family of 5 (3 boys, elementary school aged). My children love it just as much as my husband and I do. It is one of their favorite vacations. The owner, Judy, ensures that everything is working well and in good shape. There is always something new that is being remodeled or replaced. It is always very clean and well stocked. Judy is always very responsive as well, should you need to contact her. This is all very important to us. Also, this townhouse is literally right on the beach and in a prime location of Destin. This too is key for convenience. I would highly recommend staying here and plan to go back down the road. It is my family’s happy place.

My family and I were HIGHLY recommended this condo and were not disappointed! The experience was incredible as we began our mornings watching the dolphins from the balcony as we drank our coffee. The furnishings were very comfy, parking was an ease (no underground garages, people jockeying for parking spaces, etc.), close proximity for shopping and, the beach was AMAZZZZZING! I would highly recommend this condo experience above any other we have had previously! Thank you Judy!

We spent a week in this town home and had a fabulous time! We grilled oysters on the grill provided on our deck that is steps away from the beach! Beach and sand toys were provided and even beach chairs and umbrellas! The pool area was also very nice! The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the kitchen items you’d need. Judy was very easy to contact and help with anything we needed! We had the best family vacation here!

We stayed here in June and loved everything about the place. The location is second to none. The walk to the beach does not get any better and when you get the beach you have a designated spot with 2 beach chairs and umbrellas waiting for you every day with plenty of space on all sides! The inside is amazing as well it worked perfectly for our 3 families. The kids loved the pool as another option to playing on the beach. We cannot wait to go back!

Last June, 2018, several of our family members spent the week at Judy’s condo. The location is amazing, the condo is very nice and the beds are very comfortable....more than enough room for seven of us. The deck is quite large, plenty of room to bbq and eat outdoors, as well as lounge in the sun. We were delighted to have such easy access to the beautiful white sandy beach and crystal clear water. The water was wonderful, no seaweed, nor jellyfish. Although we didn’t have any problems arise, Judy was accessible by phone to answer any questions and/or resolve any issues. She was extremely accommodating. We will definitely stay here whenever we visit Crystal Beach.

From the moment you arrive at this condo you feel relaxed! The furnishings are beautiful, beds are so comfortable, views are magnificent and you are centrally located to everything. Judy was always available to answer any questions leading up to our trip and just a phone call away if we needed her. The home was impecable. Attention to detail was not left out. The home was the cleanest place we ever stayed. The kitchen had more in there than our home. We never had some many ammenites and we have traveled the world. She provided beach service for us and had extra lounge chairs for us to take to the beach. The children had board games, ping pong and bikes. There were about a hundred movies to watch not to mention a DRV player in each room as well as DVD players. The master bed was unbelievable. It is an electronic temper pedic bed that goes up and down and massages. Talk about relax. The deck on the first floor was amazing. Set up with chairs, grill and table to eat at and watch the sun set. Each floor has a balcony off of it. The beach was just a few steps down off of the balcony. We will never stay anywhere but this place again...

This home was amazing. On the beach. I could sit on the lively deck and watch the family on the beach. The home was immaculate. Updated. Most comfortable electronic bed in the master. It was great having a DVR in every room. Ping pong and bikesfor the kids beach toys and board games. Impeccable. Nothing left out. There was beach service for us each day along with many light weight folding loungers to take to the beach. I have never stayed in a rental with a kitchen that has everything. The owner was available immediately for any question we had. Will never stay anywhere but this home when we visit Destin. The Best.

Three (3) miles from Kelly Plantation Golf Resort, as well as Regatta Bay Golf Course and San Destin Golf Resort. Close to the Water Park. The location can not be beat.
