103 Capri is absolutely delightful. It had everything we could possibly want or need and is centrally located to all types of dining and shops. But the best part for us was sitting out on the deck and watching for dolphins which we saw daily. Then at night we sat on the deck and watched as the sun set. It was relaxing and was a great get away from the everyday routine we go through! I would highly recommend this unit to all who want a great little beach front unit that opens right onto the beach. We can't wait to go back again!

We came all the way from Idaho to spend our 30th anniversary in Destin. 103 Capri was the best place we could have picked. We stayed here several years ago, and we were pleased to see how lovely and updated the unit is. It was very comfortable, clean, quiet, and so convenient! We had everything we needed. Our favorite time was having our coffee and watching the dolphins swimming back and forth every morning. We are already planning our next trip and we won't wait so long to go back this time. Ms Jeannine was great to work with. Thanks for such wonderful trip!

We stayed in 103 Capri for our 30th anniversary in September. We came all the way from Idaho, and couldn't have picked a more relaxing place in all of Destin. We absolutely love this place! Jeannine is such a wonderful lady and her place is amazing! We stayed there last week and it was sad for us to leave her beautiful condo! Jeannine condo was absolutely perfect for my husband and I and our son! It had everything we wanted and more! Capri Unit 103 is the best kept secret on the coast. Easy loading/unloading right at the door...just a few steps to the beach...no elevators!! Unit 103 is visually appealing in its decor and furnishings and has all the appliances just like him. Will definitely return at earliest convenience.

.I almost hate to write this review because this is such a gem of a find. This year will be our 4th year renting with Jeannine. I love the little Capri. We usually stay a week at a time, she's always so kind and very responsive. She makes upgrades each year and we have fun trying to remember what she has changed from the prior year. It's perfect for two. If you had small kids you probably would be able to make it work but it's really best if it's just two. We buy a whole bunch of groceries and we make sandwiches for the beach and cook dinner at night. We don't leave the area for much. There are a few places you can walk to for dinner and you never have to mess with the crazy traffic of Destin. Thanks Jeannine for being a part of our great vacation every year!

The Condo for my wife & I was perfect. Jeannine's place has everything you could ever need on vacation - or a month stay. It is loaded with everything you would need - from margarita glasses to beach boogie boards. The condo area was quiet and peaceful. The water was warm & blue - and the beach service crew could not of been any nicer. If only Destin could get a handle on their traffic problem - wow - is it busy on the main roads. We are looking forward to driving back down from Ill again next year.

What a pleasant surprise this place was since we booked it through VRBO and had to rely on the pictures provided. It looks exactly like the pictures! You would have to rent an expensive beach house to have the quick and easy access to the beach that this place provides. No packing up for the trip to the beach for the day! We spent more time actually on the beach than ever before due to the convenience of walking right out the door, down the sidewalk, and down to the beach. Also, we felt like if we owned a condo at the beach that was ours for our private use, it would be just like this unit! From sunrise to sunset, every day was just about perfect. I got my beach fix for sure!

The small, uncrowded complex is fronted by 300 feet of beautiful BEACH. It is GATED FOR ADDED SECURITY, has a peaceful, unhurried atmosphere, and is free of the hassles that come with many vacation complexes and high rises. It is a great place to relax and rejuvenate. There are no streets to cross and no beach access is needed to get to the beach. This complex is on the beach and the condo is about 20 steps to the stairs leading to the sand.
Guests will enjoy a comfortable night's sleep in the top of the line Queen-size TEMPUR-PEDIC bed. The spacious bedroom has plenty of storage space for guests desiring longer stays. There is a standard sleeper sofa in the living area for additional sleeping space.
The newly renovated bathroom features a brand new bathtub with dual shower heads, safety bars and a comfort-height commode.
The kitchen has solid granite counter tops with bar area, new lighting and shiny stainless steel sink. Everything needed for cooking and dining is provided.
