The unit has a spacious private balcony accessible from the living area directly facing the Gulf of Mexico. The living room has beautiful upscale modern furnishings, a large flat screen TV, and tiled floors. The dining table seats four and there are three bar stools for casual seating at the bar. The master bedroom has a king bed with gorgeous contemporary black furniture, upscale bedding, and access to the master bathroom. The hall bunks are built in and feature a top safety rail and custom bedding, perfect for the kids! There is one full bathroom with a shower/ tub combo as well as a Jack and Jill half bathroom. The kitchen has a rich chocolate & deep red color palette, upgraded granite countertops, the full complement of housewares, and full size appliances for meal preparation. Enjoy the convenience of a stackable washer and dryer also. When not on the beach, you can listen to your favorite music on the CD sound system for premium relaxation.
