Crystal Sands Beachfront First Floor , Destin, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

This picture was taken right outside our door. Kitchen was amazing well stocked with pretty anything you might need. Condo was spotless. I think we found our forever vacation spot at Destin Beach.

We loved our week here in this condo. The kitchen has everything you need. It was very clean. Even though the unit is on the first floor you still have wonderful views because the condo is higher ground than the ocean. You walk right out of the unit and your on the beach in a few seconds. The beach service was a great addition plus having a private beach where no canopies are allowed. Get up early to put towels on your chairs. The owner was very friendly and helpful. She always got back with us on any questions we had. The condo was very clean and it had a vacuum that I used frequently to help with tracking in sand. Very relaxing sitting on the covered porch listening to the waves roll in. We will be staying here again. Thank you again Tami, for all your help and kindness!!

This unit was very comfortable. It was clean and updated with new kitchen, appliances and furniture. It was so close to the beach with a great view. The complimentary beach service was a BIG plus! We will definitely come back!

Our trip was amazing. We very much enjoyed this rental property and we will definitely be back. The property view is unmatched and we made so many wonderful memories with our little family. Also, the condo is in An amazing location. It is so close to EVERYTHING. You could walk just about anywhere if you wanted to. We cannot wait to come back to this condo. It was so wonderful. I cannot say enough good things about it. We saw dolphins, played all day in the sand/water, shopped and dined at some amazing places. If you’re hesitant about staying here, don’t be! This place is everything you could want. Can’t wait to come back!

This rental is superb. We had everything we needed for a wonderful getaway. The weather was nice and the beach was not overcrowded. We definitely will recommend this rental to our friends. We also hope to return about the same time next year.

The best view ever! Right out the door and onto the beach! Shopping and dining all around! Tami was the easiest to work with and made sure we had everything we needed!!!! Everything was perfect!!!!

We have stayed in this building many times but never in this condo. We loved being on the 1st floor. Easy access to everything. Tami was super friendly and easy to work with.

My husband and I stayed for a week, and we enjoyed it so much. The location is convenient to everything, and we so enjoyed being able to walk out the door and be at the beach in 15 seconds! The bathroom is like a Jack and Jill type bathroom. It's a pretty tight area, and if we were obese people, it would have been uncomfortable. The bed in the master is a memory foam bed. It wasn't the worst bed I've had to sleep on, but it wasn't the best either. It is bigger than the foundation it sits on, so it hangs over on the sides which was kind of weird. Then we both slid toward the middle until we were right again each other. Again not completely terrible, but not great either. The kitchen is very nice and well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and most anything you would need to cook a meal. There isn't a shelf in the freezer, and the ice maker was turned off. We turned it back on, and it worked fine, but the bucket sits so low that it is loud when it drops and it will overflow because it doesn't know when it's full because of the missing shelf. I was happy to find a vacuum cleaner in the closet for cleaning up the sand that gets tracked in. The washer and dryer are tiny, but work fine. Tami was very responsive and easy to work with. Overall we loved our time spent at the condo and would stay again without hesitation!

We have rented condo's in Destin for the past 20 years, this is by far the most well stocked, clean, comfortable condo we have ever stayed at. Tami does a great job of keeping it in great condition. After you check out, you can't wait to come back. Where else are you able to sit on the deck enjoying a shrimp dinner and watch a beautiful sunset with the waves splashing on the white sand beach. The sounds of the water and warm sun is the most relaxing place in the world.

The Gulf View is AMAZING! The location is perfect, close to shopping and restaurants (some within walking distance). The condo is fully functional with everything needed for a perfect beach vacation. The owner Tami is easy to work with and very responsive to all questions and concerns. We would definitely love to rent again.

Me and my family have stayed at this condo several times each time we visited we felt at home the condo has everything you need to make your vacation to be a memorable one. You are so close to the beach and the waves that you can see dolphins and hear the ocean waves and I assure you that it will be the most relaxing vacation you have had. I would also like to add that having the Beach Chair Service makes the vacation just that much more pleasant. Tami is easy to work with and most of all trust worthy owner to rent from.

Loved the first floor view as we saw dolphins every morning. It was perfect for having kids as you didn't have to go up and down stairs each time we went to the beach. The unit was fully stocked with household essentials especially kitchen supplies. Loved that fact Crystal Sands came with the beach chair setup and was a private beach that did not allow the use of personal umbrellas and canopies for overcrowding. Tami was easy to work with and always got back with you should you have questions or concerns. We would definitely recommend it to others.
