We had a great time in Destin, property was nice and right on the beach as advertised. We could hear the people upstairs walking around, but that is not controllable by the owner. Overall had a great stay.

The property and condo were beautiful. We stayed in the same condo three years ago, and will go again next year. Donna was great to work with and replied very quickly to any request for information. Close to lots of great restaurants and activities. Will definitely return to this property

We loved this small little unit. It was perfect for 2 people, but I couldn’t be cramped in there with more than 2 (but that’s just me)! The property manager (Donna) was sooo helpful. I would definitely stay here again and again.

We loved our trip to Destin! We're a family of 5 (kids 14, 13 & 10 yrs) who flew in from the Midwest with minimal luggage for a 4-night stay. We didn't rent a car, using Lyft rides back & forth from the airport. The major highlight: the amazing ocean, beach (plus chairs + umbrella) & it being steps away. So clean & lovely! Our youngest LOVED the pool, too. When in the condo, I spent lots of time sitting out on the balcony. That ended up being a bigger bonus for me than I anticipated. The condo itself was nicely furnished and was a cool respite from the heat when we got there. That was one of the highlights for my husband... how cool the unit was. It made sleeping comfortable. Shortly after we arrived, we used the Instacart app to order groceries from Publix so that we'd have snacks and breakfast staples during our stay. We also used GrubHub to order Merlin's Pizza, which ended up being so great we ended up ordering it a second night (out of four nights total, mind you)! For the other nights, we walked to The Crab Trap and 790 On the Gulf restaurants for seafood. These meals were quite different from each other, but also both GREAT experiences: delicious food with excellent service. We walked to the Destin Commons one day to watch a movie and have lunch at Zoe's Kitchen, which was great! The walking route getting there wasn't ideal and took us 50 minutes because of Apple map/nav snafus. Because of that and the fact it was getting dark, we got a Lyft back to the condo after the movie + picking up a few more items at Whole Foods. It was fewer than $10 and money well spent at that point. The condo itself and its appointments: the clothes washer/dryer ended up being a big plus. We washed swimming trunks/towels daily because we packed so light. There wasn't laundry soap & we didn't think to buy any, so we just ran the loads without. Things we waited to see if it was in the unit first before buying: shampoo, cooking oil. Things that were provided in the unit (in addition to what was listed): paper towels, a trash bag, toilet paper, hand soap, coffee grounds & filters, salt+pepper. We also did a 1000 pc puzzle that was in a cabinet and enjoyed that very much! We had no contact from the owner the entire time but we didn't need anything, so that was perfectly fine. It's obviously a touristy locale but the neighborhood didn't feel at all commercialized. Everyone we encountered was nice & considerate. Great family trip! Thank you, Donna.

We had a great time in Destin and really enjoyed and appreciated how nice this condo was. The condo was super clean and very comfortable. It looked like it had recently been updated as everything was like new and very nicely decorated!
You can’t beat the beach it is the best there is. You can walk for hours in each direction or just sit and enjoy the beautiful turquoise water. Destin has lots of shopping and dining options around. Our favorites were Boschamps and Pazza Italiano. There are also several restaurants that you can walk to, Pompano Joes, The Crab Shack, 790 at the Inn at crystal River which were all good. We enjoyed our stay very much and thank the owners very much for letting us rent the condo it was a great two weeks!

Our condo just been been completely renovated with new designer paint, new appliances and king mattress! You will absolutely love our new walk in shower with glass doors! It is one of only a few 'PLATINUM' rated units in the Crystal Sands complex. You will notice the difference the minute you open the front door. This 'IS NOT' your typical beach condo. No pink flamingos on lime green & yellow walls. You will find designer furnishings and brand new custom window treatments throughout our unit.
On your way down the hall you will notice 18' tile, crown molding and designer artwork in every room. The large living area features a matched over sized chair and sofa with a side chair and accent rug.
The kitchen features granite counters and a granite bar with custom bar stools. The fully stocked kitchen has a new dishwasher, refrigerator with ice and water through the door and a glass top range and matching microwave.
The master bedroom features a king size bed with designer bedspread, pillow shams, and accent pillows. There is a TV and DVD for your enjoyment!
The master bath has a designer counter top and a brand new custom tiled shower!
You will enjoy your first cup of coffee each morning on the balcony watching the dolphins swimming past. It is also a great location for the children to have lunch before heading back to the beach or pool.
You can't describe the view from this unit. The sugar white sand, emerald green water and activity on the water and the sun setting in the evening leaves one wishing they had more time to enjoy Crystal Sands.
Beginning March, 2018, the entire complex will be smoke free.
